Need crushed malt option
Great hops and yeast but your malt options are terrible. I want crushed malt in 500-1kg size.

Poor Transparency and Customer Support for Brewers
I’ve been a homebrewer for years and have always valued companies that support the craft with quality products and a spirit of transparency. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Brouwland fell short of these expectations.
I purchased 2 Kingdom Brew Kits hoping for a convenient, well-thought-out brewing experience. While the pre-portioned ingredients and equipment are a great idea, the company’s refusal to provide basic brewing details—like a list of ingredients, target ABV, OG, FG, or IBU—undermines the value of the product entirely.
When I reached out to customer service for clarification, I was met with a flat refusal. Their reasoning? They fear customers will share their “recipes,” which could hurt their sales. This stance is disappointing and fundamentally misaligned with the collaborative and educational spirit of homebrewing. Brewers buy kits for convenience, not for “exclusive” recipes. The knowledge and freedom to adjust or evaluate a brew is an essential part of the process, and withholding this information feels restrictive and counterproductive.
This lack of transparency is not communicated in their product descriptions either. Had I known I’d be left in the dark about the ingredients and specs, I never would have purchased the kit in the first place.
Brouwland has a reputation for serving the homebrewing community, but policies like this make me question whether they truly understand or support the needs of their customers. I hope they reconsider their approach. Until then, I will think twice before purchasing from them again or recommending them to fellow brewers.
