I ordered some equipment to brew my own…
I ordered some equipment to brew my own beer. While the package did arrive, it was not at all what I had ordered. I contacted customer service, and they admitted the mistake was on their end. Fair enough.
But shockingly, they offered no solution whatsoever. No compensation, no exchange, no return label – nothing. They acknowledged the error, and then… complete silence. They take no responsibility.
This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable for any online retailer. When a mistake is made, it should be fixed. Instead, they prefer to ignore dissatisfied customers.
Stay far away if you value your money and your time. There are plenty of much more reliable brewing supply stores out there. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

Packaging issue
I've ordered yeasts and cooling box, i've received both, but cooling box was empty, yeasts has been shipped separately with malts and one pack arrived with a fracture in the cap and some products came outside.

Delivery was super fast
Delivery was super fast. The liquid yeast was wrapped in a cold pack, which is always very nice to see. We got stuff for a group brew and things are looking good. I'm also glad to see that there is a change in packaging material from the plastic that rips super easily to plastic that is a lot more sturdy. Arguments for sustainability can always still be made, but I really like this change.
