Bought a 1000ml spray that would be delivered 2 days later. But the day after i got a phonecall from a nice man who told me the big bottles are not available not knowing when they are in stock again. Ik can get 2 500ml bottles but than i should pay extra money…. Sorry, thats no customerservice to me! Waiting for my money now.

Great service from Igor, he visited us at home to help us pick the right colour for our Carpe Diem mattress.

Me and my girlfriend came to the store to look to some mattress since we were staying in the element marriott while completing our house move.
The experience of testing the different mattresses and beds has been great!
I would highly recommend Igor/ivan (i do not remember exactly his name after few weeks) for his help in showing the different mattresses and explaining the differences.
If you want a great matteess and bed... do not look any further!!!

This was a fantastic experience. Igor went out of his way to assist me in the process of buying a bed, keeping the store open post business hours to facilitate me. The store itself is huge and contains a wide variety of top notch brands. Looking to buy a high end bed? It should be a no brainer where to go.

We are not from Amsterdam, but fromThe Hague and were invited (after a phone call) to come to the beautiful shop at the Zuid-as. The shop is of course widely known for its best beds and expertise - we go there for Carpe Diem - but please also ask them for furniture. Brands like Poliform and Sangiacomo are our favorites. Thanks a lot @Roger Blankert - you have a new fan of Bröring and thanks for your excellent service and advice.

I ordered Magnitude bed and matress as i am a loyal client of this brand due to its perfect quality and beautiful design.I used to buy directly in Belgium but was positively surprised that prices do not vary and service remains on high level here in Zuidas.You may choose all type of details,look at all models and discuss specific details of assembly or delivery while drinking a good coffee.My sales representative,Igor van den Hout was very attentive to details,flexible in special requests and efficient in offer making.It was just perfect

Igor is really one of the best sales advisors I ever met. Very informative with strong attention to details and with perfect timing. The products offered by Bröring are of the highest quality, which obviously comes with a hefty price tag and that makes the choice very difficult.

Enquired for two matresses for my parents who bought a bed at Bröring 25 years ago. Igor responded very quickly, asked for specific details and came with an offer. Because of urgency versus long delivery time, an temporarely alternative was found elsewhere. However when letting Igor know, he was still kind and understanding. Something that is not always a sure thing in my experience. So not yet a sale, but the service will not be forgotten.

Really friendly staff & always happy to help. Igor showed us the beds and mattresses around the shop and explained in details the differences between them - really happy with his support.
Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the shop and diversity of products in it.
