Lack of communication

Beyond the initial order confirmation email I was never emailed again. I received no emails about the items being shipped or even delivered. The items just showed up and the at was the end of it. I’m glad I received my items fine but it was frustrating waiting to see if I’d ever get another email. I did check spam and any other places it could have went to but found nothing

Great website for scooter parts

Very good parts, and delivered fast. Only problem I had was that they did not give me a shipping/tracking number. I had to email them to check the status of my package, and it turned out that the parts were already delivered, just with no update. Overall very good.
