Luis Black has some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I can’t thank him enough for helping me find a driver to transport my vehicle in a timely matter. When there was a setback from a driver, he even went in on his day off to resolve the issue. I’d recommend him and Broadway Auto Transport anytime!!!

As a transporter, It was a pleasure working with Kevin Smith who was always available to answer my queries and concerns in a professional manner. I look forward to future ventures with him.

Entered into a contract on 2/26/24 for my car to be shipped from FL to MD for $600. Car was to be shipped on 3/19/24. I texted regularly to confirm pick-up time and was told by text on 3/15/24 that "it's set." Received a call on 3/18/24 advising that they couldn't ship unless I paid an extra $400. Reason was not given. I agreed because I needed the car shipped.

My jeep was brought safely to the final destination. The driver Geo was awesome and he stayed in touch the entire time! Broadway Transport did right by me! Thank you Kevin!

This company was very professional and attentive they took pictures of my vehicle to make sure it had a safe delivery. They were quick and reasonable in price.

This was the 1st time I had ever used a car transport service and after reading horror stories I was very hesitant to go with small unknown brokers. I received a bunch of text and email quotes from many companies just to lure me in with low prices and not able to guarantee a driver. George from Broadway was one of the many, but George's willingness to follow up and constantly try to ensure my satisfaction and boost my confidence in their service finally convinced me to go with them. George provided and held true to the initial quote he provided. One has to do their due diligence by asking all the right questions and researching on their own, but from my overall experience, George at Broadway did an excellent job of gaining my trust and confidence in using their service. George helped me find a good reliable and responsive company and driver who transported my brand-new luxury sports car from a dealer in Texas to NC promptly. Thank you George.

This company is horrible, we had a terrible experience with Mr. Dustin Gray while trying to ship our vehicle from Indianapolis to Texas.. They write me at a quote for $650.00 while other companies were quoting us well above, then they tell us they have plenty of drivers, and that we are good to go with our shipping date. We paid $156.00 for a deposit. My sister in law took a day of work to stay at home in order to ship the vehicle and on the pick up day no one shows. My husband called Dustin back and he told us that he was trying to find drivers because the quote was too low, but they were the one that quoted us .. They : “Broadway Auto Transport" Dustin was unprofessional and never call back instead of he sent someone else to call my husband to inform us that he found a driver but we needed to pay $1,000 to ship our vehicle. The guy on the phone was yelling at us like we were the ones who made the mistake.. my husband then requested a refund and we decided to find another company.. We ended up paying $1,000, but at least we didn’t pay the money to Broadway Auto Transport..

The refund took almost a month , we requested the refund back in February and finally Justin sent us an email yesterday (15 March) to inform us that the refund was sent.
So I caution everyone trying to ship a vehicle. Don't use this company, they will quote you low to get the contract and then they will ask you to pay more… Be careful..

After getting tons of quotes from different transporter brokers, Luis stood out as very thorough and honest and I am truly glad that I decided to work with him. I believe the pricing was very fair and he worked very hard for me for days to find the best driver to transport my vehicle. and the drive he assigned for me did really great job by providing with the pictures of the car when picked up and delivered.

This company is deceitful. I wish I could post screenshots of my written exchange with the company to display just how insanely horrible the process has been with them. They write me at a rate of $3375 to transport 2 trucks & 3 atvs, a week in advance. They tell me they have plenty of drivers, "no problem" for my shipment date. My husband flew out to Idaho so that ge could be there for pick up. My shipping date (today) dec 18th, they are telling me how great a deal they have for me at $4500, to book a driver. WHAT??? I shipped 4 full sized (2 SUVs and 2 midsized) automobiles 3-4 weeks prior for $4400. Why on earth would I ever ship ATVs at the same rate. They ship for $300-$600 bucks.

When I told them to delete my order, they threatened me with a $200 cancelation fee, because "you signed a contract" I explained, contracts become void when the company doesn't honor their end. So I caution everyone shipping. Don't use this company nor any company asking for a reservation fee prior to pick up of your automobiles.
