The system doesn't work as advertised. Won't work at large events. Doesn't work in rural areas. I've had lots of issues with the durability of the equipment.

Broadnet does not use Trustpilot as the company allows fake malicious reviews from individuals who are not customers to remain on the site since we stopped paying them for a trust pilot professional account. One look at truspilots own reviews on its own site will tell you everything you need to know about how trustworthy it is as a review website.

Fantastic system
Fantastic system for being able to deploy, track and manage multiple resources across various areas for our needs as a private medical company
well-informed and very knowledgeable!
Jay, James and Nigel are all well-informed and very knowledgeable in the field of radio comms/ Long range critical comms.
We looked at various systems like PTT mobile comms, but these were by far the most reliable and well-placed to ensure staff safety.
Unfortunately, the decision of who to choose to supply these new units was placed out of my hands, and ultimately, a different supplier was used to fulfil these units.
But if we come up with any issues, I shall surely think to contact Nigel, jay or team broadnet again to continue our transactions.
Many thanks again, and hope to deal with you at some point in the furutre.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service, the moment you have an issue the support teams follow up is prompt and they make excuses. As for the devices themselves with frequent updates to software they barely ever break down. I would wholeheartedly recommend this system to anyone who needs secure wide area communications.
Highly Recommend
We are a 4x4 response charity who assist with transport for NHS, Police, Social Care and many others during poor weather. This week has been exceptionally busy with our teams dealing with drifting snow and freezing conditions. We have transported staff and patients thousands of miles over the course of a week. Our volunteers each have their own Broadnet handset and are dispatched via the portal which gives them all of the information they need and our control team can see exactly what's going on at any given time which allows them to then schedule further work.
The system is so flexible that another 4x4 response team have been able to assist us with the control function which has allowed us to run operations from Dundee, Glasgow and the Isle of Skye seamlessly.
The voice comms have been crystal clear and despite the many miles between us as well as the hills and glens to deal with there have been no reception issues.
We have had one or two minor niggles, some of which have been user error, but once logged the support team respond within minutes, exceptional service.
I would recommend this system to anyone looking to improve their comms setup.
If you are in need of communications…
If you are in need of communications over a wide area then this is the system for you.
Put your faith in team Broadnet, you won't be disappointed by they're professional team.

Excellent customer service
We'd damaged one of our units and contacted Broadnet to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately it's a model they no longer hold, but they got back to me super quickly and were really helpful in getting a replacement ordered. Very happy with their customer service!

Broadnet in Emergency situations
I have been using Broadnet PTT for quite some time now in such fields as medical provision, 4x4 Response and Emergency Response. I have found the system to be very easy to both configure as well as to operate in the field. The PC dispatcher software is in invaluable part of the system and offers vehicle/personnel tracking to a very high level of accuracy both indoors and outside. From experience i have witnessed the 'what3 words@ integration in action and i must say that was very impressed with its level of integration.
The level of after sales support and service is next to none and i have used this several times at unsociable hours and weekends, the response times during these hours has i must say exceeded all expectations.
I would recommend the system to any statutory or volunteer agency that requires wide area as well as local area communications and tracking, that is both cost effective and reliable.
Thoroughly recommend the system.

Did not work for us
Did not work for us, invested a lot of money in a system that did not work when needed.
Main purpose of our purchase was to communicate with staff via direct verbal comms.
It did not deliver and was told that if I wanted to a radio communication system to talk to people then I should of bought a taxi radio product!
Each to there own but a lot of money wasted, other systems are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Brighton & Hove buses
Hi, we have evolved as Broadnet have and as I have required more and more from them they have delivered.
I can't fault their level of customer care, and look forward to continuing to work with them.

BroadNet Communications were especially…
BroadNet Communications were especially helpful to me. They spoke to me in plain language that I could understand rather than other companies that use technical jargon that leaves you more puzzled. The company recognises that they are part of our communications team and they have adopted a great co-operative approach which has resulted in more effective outcomes. They allocated realistic time scales for the required activities ensuring that the required resources were available and used to the maximum effect at my minimum cost. They evaluated all the possible solutions to my problem and came up with a great way of providing the necessary equipment at a low cost. Thank you BroadNet, 5 starts.
