In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it! Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

Great interaction with Broadmoor. Luis was excellent help.
Your sales department is top notch. No high pressure sales was refreshing compared to your competitors. Your service department was about as unprofessional as it gets. I brought the motor home back after one use and had to wait over 4 weeks to get it back! Apparently your tech had no experience working on slides. Four different times I was told Mike would call me back. He never did. I went back in person twice to check on my motor home...same old song and dance " we have 6 techs doing the work of 20". I left the company manager a nice voice mail but apparently he couldn't be bothered to return my call either. Bottom line, Broadmoor you suck and will never get another dime from me!

ps: You can bet I've told all my family and friends my pleasant experiences with you, lol!
Thank you to all the wonderful people at Broadmoor RV for making my RV trailerhome purchase so peaceful and friendly. You have become my extended family. Shout out to Joe and Charles for making the purchase enjoyable. I definitely recommend Broadmoor RV for your next purchase.
If you are thinking about buying from Broadmoor RV don't, go anywhere else even if it is a longer drive. I purchased a 2023 outdoor RV travel trailer from them in March of this year, it was brand new but last year's model. Stock number 235183. During the walk through before I bought it, I noticed the trim around the fridge was misaligned and some trim on the ceiling had a nail poking through it, as well as the foot for the togue jack was missing. The sale guy no problem will be fixed by the time I pick it up. The day to pick it up arrives and the same stuff that was wrong was still wrong, I had to bring it back again almost 3 weeks later to get it fixed. If that had been it, I would not have left a review, but today I go to pull the spare tire off and find not only is it not new but has been patch and has two deep cuts on the tread, also the sidewall has a budge on the side wall. This is a safety issue. I could have installed this tire without seeing the damage and suffered a blowout causing an accident. I will be calling them Monday to again, to deal with something that I shouldn't have to on a "new" RV. The part that worries me is this is just the stuff I have been able to find.
The up sell of the long term warranty didn't cover much. I don't think it was worth it for how much it cost me when I took my R-Pod in for warranty work. Other than that, if you don't get the warranty it's not a bad place.
This is the second time I have picked up my RV (two different trailers) from service and then found that the repairs had not been completed. I suggest that when the service technicians say they are done with a repair that it be inspected by the service manager and th service advisor to make sure it is complete and then when the customer comes to pick up the unit. The service advisor should go through the unit with the customer to make sure the customer is satisfied that the work is in fact completed. I now have to return my RV to Broadmoor to have the repairs completed.

Marta was very knowledgeable about the RV's and what would fit our needs best. We talked about what type of vehicle we had to do the hauling, the type of travel we expected to do and she fit us with the right travel trailer. It was a great experience.

We were just looking, we had no idea we were going to drive home in our new RV. Chris took a Sunday afternoon to show us several RVs. He treated us like family. We trusted him. He promised to take care of us, and offered us a deal we couldn’t refuse. We are so happy with our purchase!

Ran into trouble with our RV in the first year, the dealership
had no info on our warranty or who to call for help.

I've purchased 2 RVs from Broadmoor now and had service completed once. Both experiences were great. The purchases were completely no-pressure and I received fair deals both times, and service was completed on time and on schedule. If I ever replace my current rig, Broadmoor will be my first and likely last stop.

Sold me a trailer I couldn’t tow. Tried negotiating it back, I was pretty much told to go fk myself. Never coming back!

Our salesman Jeremy was extremely helpful and listened to our list of requirements. We informed him we’re going to look around and to be quite honest, after spending the day seeing what other stores had to offer, we came back and bought the very first trailer we looked at because it was perfect!

Broadmoore RV was only interested in making a sale. They wanted me to sign paperwork prior to my inspection of the trailer I had asked for. The technician said he couldn't lubricate the trailer hitch claiming they didn't have any grease; this after they charged $100 dollars more than initially quoted. Further was not given a thorough orientation of trailer operation.

We bought a brand new Motor Home that spent more time in the shop than we were able to use it. Very disappointing to have so many things go wrong.

BROADMOORE Chris Stevens, John Rodriquez, and Austin with the great SERVICE DEPT FULL OF VERY CAPABLE PEOPLE. We will not forget how well we were treated by them all! All is to the credit of that quality INTEGRITY! THANKYOU for having a good measure of it!

Why bother because you won’t post this on any platform. I will continue to badmouth Broadmoor RV unless someone is serious about resolving simple issues. I have told my son and 2 families not to buy from Broadmoor. They bought from other RV dealers. So who cares right?

I walked in wanting to see three coaches with their lot numbers and met my sales person Terri. I bought the coach on the spot with no pressure no hidden fees and incredible customer service. Two days later after a washer and dryer were installed she had my rig delivered an hour and a half away. She’s an unspoken hero in the RV sales game.
I was chased and not told the truth during my sales search until I ran into Terri at Broadmoor RV. Nothing but a huge treatment for human care.
