The product is bogus
The product does not come close to its description. I ordered off Facebook and I didn't see any reviews to determine if to order or not. After a month and a half, received the merchandise. I found a place that posted reviews on the particular item I ordered and received. The majority were negative, stating the item doesn't work. Now, I feel this is a bogus item. I'm seeking ways to return the merchandise. The return address belongs to a Storage Unit business. Unable to reach broadicast via web link, no phone numbers are provided. I posted my request to return on FB but haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone know of a way to reach this company? This is not looking good for their business. I see that a few posted positive reviews but they are the few lucky ones.
