SCAM!!!

They send emails with job opportunities that cannot be accessed through the said email or any other way. In addition, its a 'noreply' email so no possibility to contact anyone either. SCAM

Vague poor response to a job…

Vague poor response to a job application, suspect data farming with fake jobs, no further details about the job just a request to provide documents of qualifications, certification and references.

POOR SERVICE - GONE DOWNHILL

Since the takeover by Veritone Hire, the service has been shambolic. Firstly they had to integrate a new accounting system because of the takeover and were sending wrong invoices to us. (We are still investigating if we have been overcharged). It then took 3 weeks to get copies of our invoices and statement from their accounts department so we could verify after a number emails and complaints to them which were ignored. Then when our account manager left in May we were not informed and didn't get assigned a new one and when we asked for one, our email was ignored. We then needed an integration with our website giving their support team a couple of weeks notice. That was on the 3rd of June. They told us to contact our account manager - we didnt have one of course. Finally earlier this week we were assigned a new account manager and he has told us it could take a further 5 to 10 days but cant make any promises. This is a job posting software company that cannot provide good support to customers who use their service to post jobs. This company will lose all its recruitment customers. Avoid like the plague unless you want to waste your time and lose money from being given a poor support service. I think Idibu and other providers are better and safer options if you are looking for support. (oh and Veritone/ Broadbean and they dont answer any of the numbers they have to call them either). If I could give them no stars I would.

Failure to respond

The worst customer service I have come across in a long time/ever. I have been chasing for a repayment (which was taken from our account without consent) for over 4 months and not one person in the organisation can even acknowledge receipt of my email.

Our 'dedicated account' manager also fails to respond or acknowledge emails.

Used to be good, product and customer support declining rapidly

We have been with Broadbean for years, but recently the product and in turn customer support have diminished. We have had issues with jobs not posting on our website. We raised a ticket 2 weeks ago, with no response, but since the takeover, no one has dealt with them. We were forced to raise an official complaint and still no sign of this being done or a copy of the complaints process. What was a good company seems to be declining.

Disgusting level of service. Disgusting responses and will be reporting them to their recruitment websites.

Possibly a scam to get your CVS looks like it from my replies. Take care
