After booking a service, I got a call from bro4u(9108949358). The guy talking was completely unprofessional and not ready to answer a few questions from the customer.
Talking very arrogantly and unprofessional bad words, don't what kindly service they started keeping this kind of rascal fellows.

I had very bad experience. Booked a CCTV installation service. Personal arrived and mentioned a few things required prior to installation. Charged complete fee stating logistics issue to keep task open and promised to show up the following day to complete installation. But never showed up nor refunded the amount. Clearly a cheating service, totally unprofessional. The business name shows up as "CCTV IT solutions, Bangalore 560029". I never gave the business 5 star rating which shows up. Beware of this business establishment.

Worst service and worst technician provided. I wanted to update my laptop with ram and ssd. They provided me a samsung 500 GB ssd. When i checked with samsung Magician software. It turned out to be a fake product. The technician charged me 8500 for this product.

Guys be extremely careful with these scammers everywhere. I booked bike service, they send a crazy quote of 10k, I declined and asked them not to proceed with repairs, but next minute I get a call saying the repairs are already done and can't do anything now, the manager Shazeer scammer has a commission deal with all these service providers and this is an organised loot. Stay away from bro4u service. All their google ratings are fake.

worst, this is a big loot. Not even properly checked and repaired but charged 4 times compared to others...Please clearly check with technician before he starts work, website shows 200 bt he charges 800....

It's a bull crap place. PLEASE NEVER GIVE YOUR BIKE HERE FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE HERE TO LOOT YOUR MONEY. I gave my bullet for general service which costs around 3k - 3.5k. They have charged me 10469/-. I had to pay as they opened the clutch housing without my permission. Faked me that the clutch plate is burnt. I kept on telling that it is fine and they kept on arguing. Eventually I felt that they can do further damage to my bike and I eventually had to give up. Secondly, they broke my phone charging adopter which I imported from UK and bluntly refused that they have broken it. This is even after specifying them to watch out. I am cursing myself to have given the bike to them. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE

My booking ID No is-716486, I had booked for a 3bhk deep cleaning service, a person by named Chandrashekar Gowda contacted me told he is from bro4u and price for 3bhk deep cleaning Rs-5900/=was reduced to rs-5000/= and a team of 4 members came,oddly one fellow was from URBANCLAP [ named Rohit ] and said he was tied up with bro4u company also,the cleaning done by the team was below average and whole time while cleaning one mr.chandrashekar was cribbing about the amount of work to be done. I will never recommend anyone to avail service of bro4u and if they still want to go ahead book at your own risk,after all these things happened when I checked the status of my order it shows CANCELLED,THE WHOLE THING LOOKS VERY FISHY,luckily I had asked them to clean my vacant flat as the tenant had just moved out.Just be careful while booking for bro4u.

Never Ever service your bike with BRO4U online service (Royal Indian Bike Point) Bike Repair & Service. If you see this review recently or anytime later in future, does not matter just avoid BRO 4 U at any cost otherwise you will be disappointed 100 percent for sure. . I personally had very worst experience. I had given bike for service with main problem as starting trouble. During inspection they just told 460 and later charged with 4400. Ten times more than what I got online.

They are very unprofessional at job they doing, not doing water wash also properly.
Pleas beware for that fraudulent online service you can go to local mechanic you will get better service. Life time lesson first and last time I use this service.

All, I want to share my worst servicing experience with BroU. There was guys from SUK Servicing center who came. The next day when I tried to call, he was not picking up the calls. I was almost on the say to police station. after that I paid thousands of rupees for servicing, but it was the worst one. After that when I called neither the servicing center nor the BRO4U picked up the calls or respond to my concerns. DON'T go to them. Never !!

Unreliable.
Booked plumber even after confirmation of service, plumber never showed up.
Booked for laundry, they destroyed my jacket and customer care gave no response after several emails or calls.
Pathetic service. No one should use it.

I had fan issue in my laptop and I placed an order for home service. The technician came and without checking the issue he stated that the laptop fan needs to be replaced. This is a clear indication that the technician is not a trained person. They just send some person in the name of a technician and try to fix the issue and the person says he will take the laptop and fix the issue and get it.
This is not home service. That's why I termed Bro4u.com as fraudsters. Apart from these they also charged me 200 Rs for just coming to my place and not even doing any checks for my laptop. This is ridiculous, I guess these kind of startups needs to be under radar under the law and proper regulatory actions needs to be taken against them.

These are listed agents / contractors who take on more work than their capability and vanish as quickly as possible.

Good service for bro4u

According to me one of the best home based service app till now. Have come across many such home service apps but personally found this very user friendly and convenient to use. The price charged is decent while compared to all the available resources.
