brmeals.com its scam

Did not realise this was a scam until now. I ordered the pop up tent for the car on 12th January and been trying to chase it up. Like someone else I received 4 yellow plastic ground pegs. At the time I did not know who sent them, now I know.

Scammers

After numerous emails trying to get the right product sent out I hit a brick wall as they will not confess to the right product and refund me and secondly I paid extra for express service via DHL which they could not provide me a tracking number and the reason was they used another cheaper form of transport to profit from me. The company are thieves, their communication is very poor they sound like a broken record as if they're playing dumb, they do that deliberately to scam their customers. If you have ordered a tent you'll probably end up with yellow pegs.........

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I see the same thing happened to others. I ordered the car tent and got four cheap and nasty plastic tent pegs. I emailed them and they said 'didn't you get the tent? talk to Australia Post'. That is the last I heard of them. I get annoying emails daily saying I left an item in my cart, but I can't remove it because it's not there. The email address on their site does not exist and nor does the tracking number they sent. I have lodged a complaint with Paypal. Thank goodness for them. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
