The wedding veil Celeste is very chic! Abundant and magnificent!

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah and Britten creating my bridal veil. I worked with Sarah on a bespoke veil and she was kind, patient informative and responsive throughout the process. I would recommend Britten to anyone looking for a high quality veil made with the upmost care. Thank you Sarah!

Ordered a pearl backdrop necklace, beautifully made, the alterations i needed were done precisely as imagined, and Sarah was a delight!

Sarah has been brilliant from my first enquiry at making a custom veil for my wedding. She is always very responsive and gave me great advice in picking the length of the veil, in addition to various font options for the embroidery. The final product was delivered on time for my dress fittings and was a work of art - it looked stunning on my wedding day! Thank you Sarah and team for your amazing work.

After countless evenings searching online and in-store for a 'barely there' veil with scalloped lace edge in the right length and at the right price point, I finally came across Britten and I couldn't be happier!

Sarah was incredibly helpful, personable, and patient with back-and-forth emails, and I truly felt like I was being taken care of during the process. I was able to request a custom length without blowing my budget, and when the lace that I'd chosen was temporarily out of stock (and I was running out of time - eek!), Sarah found an alternative and I received my beautiful veil in plenty of time to fly overseas with it for the wedding. Travel /shipping creases steamed out of it easily and it was perfect on the day.

Buying online can feel risky, but this experience was a great one and I would 100% recommend Britten. Happy wedding planning!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a veil on 24th June and did not like it so decided to return it two weeks later. The return was well received the next day, but to this date (29 Aug) Sarah still has not refunded me. I emailed her several times and she keeps promising to process the refund but she just does not do it. Absolutely terrible service, I would never order from her website again.

Fabulous small business. I originally ordered two veils in different lengths, knowing that I could return one after trying with my dress. They arrived within a few days and were both fabulous, but I should have ordered tulle samples first as the material wasn't quite what I had wanted. Sarah was super helpful via email, I returned both, ordered tulle samples and subsequently ordered a new veil. It was getting very late in the day and I was panicking, but Sarah hand makes each veil and there is a well-priced rush order option - I would have never been able to get something of such quality, or in time, from another website and was running out of time/sanity to shop around! I cannot wait to wear this beautiful piece on my wedding day in a few days and will recommend Britten to anybody. Thank you so much again to Sarah x

The veil I purchased was beautiful. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing online, but the veil was exactly what I was looking for and good value. I loved the attention to detail including that it arrived in a lovely box with a handwritten card.

Sarah Jane responded promptly to my emails and we arranged a time for her to call me so she could provide advice around what matched and I could share pictures of my dress. All the transactions (including a return of an identical second veil I had ordered just in a different size) went through smoothly. It would be nice though if it was a little easier to communicate by giving a dedicated phone number, even if it’s only available to call for a few hours over the week, but I understand that this might be tricky given it is a small business.

I have been trying for weeks to contact Britten wedding veils to discuss a possible purchase. I have left numerous messages and emailed but not heard back. Such a shame as veils look amazing

I bought a stunning veil for my niece at very short notice and the company could not have been more helpful. It was beautiful quality and exactly what my niece wanted at a reasonable price. V. impressed.
