The product is ok , though the wood doesn't appear to be weather proofed. There is advice to keep to keep it out of the sun and rain ! So should I just leave the deck chairs in the shed.

I returned 3 x arch trellis stands at a…
I returned 3 x arch trellis stands at a cost of over £40, despite having proof on tracked postage return slip over 2 weeks later they still refusing to refund my money.
Well credit where credit is due, they've been in touch and are looking into this matter.

Shoddy company
Shoddy company. I ordered a pool from them via Amazon as they are a 3rd party seller on there. They delivered me.....a filter pump. No pool. I've messaged them several times and not once have they bothered to answer me. Absolutely appalling. Please do not use. I now have a pump I didn't buy and no pool that I've paid good money for.

The hose reel trolley is very good but…
The hose reel trolley is very good but in the construction of the wheel axel it is only a push fit and would be better if it was screwed together like the central frame joints.

No response to requests for a returns label.
Order 16457 18th May for a weed puller.
£27.99
No response after three emails requesting a returns label so I can get a full refund as per your returns policy.
I have had to contact PayPal and inform them of the problem. Email sent again and still no response. A dispute will be raised soon.

Excellent service, wonderful plants!
I was apprehensive about using a company I hadn't heard of before, but loved the range of plants advertised so I made a small purchase of 3 Hydrangeas. I need not have worried, the plants arrived very quickly, were lovely and fresh, and are really nice bushy specimens with lots of buds ready to open. As one of them is for a friend's birthday shortly, I am delighted that I will be able to present her with a wonderful flowering plant. Thank you very much for an excellent service and wonderful plants!

Searched online for a bike track pump…
Searched online for a bike track pump that would be cheap and light to travel with… I was shocked but very excited to find these guys who would ship online of course but they are only 10 mins drive for me so what’s not to like 😊. When I got there they were super helpful and 100% friendly, they also have a showroom and I browsed lots of interesting stuff… definitely a great wee find and I’ll be back… thank you
