Magnesium arrived with broken capsules and powder in the packet.

I emailed them 3 times and they have deiced to ignore every email.

Collagen, Creatine, Lions Mane, Red Clover, D3+K2 and Magnesium.

Product arrived and the packaging was stained and dirty despite having been checked and packed by “Leo”.
Messaged the customer service email address twice and no reply received. What a waste of £40! Won’t be buying from them again (it would have been a recurring order). Feel like I’ve been scammed…..

The website is too frustrating. My wife found that when she started to order item two, number one vanished from the screen. . She then tried to click on complaints and that didn't work either. She is now off to Holland Barrett to buy several things. Your stuff is probably a lot better, but.......never mind.

So firstly i am very confused with all the great reviews. Reviews are supposed to be helpful and people saying great customer service when there isn't any provided as this is an online business with no telephone number and a bot seems very misleading. No-one is even answering the reviews so please do not say they care. I have just purchased my first vitamin pack. The website experience was poor, confusing and very little advice and no useful information. The annoying pop up telling me someone else has just purchased is very frustrating and gives the impression of a speedy service of which jut isn't the case. i ordered last week and my small pack has only just arrived. The mad thing is that they are only 6 miles away from where i live and this package went through Northern Ireland according to Royal mail. As there is no telephone number i cannot find out why this has happened or provide genuine feedback. The dosage, as someone else has mentioned is concerning. I will need to look into this further but you can get poisoned by overdosing and the average IU for D3 is 1000IU a day . 4000IU is lot and the most you can buy over the counter in any shop, yet the smallest package with British Supplements is 5700IU. I have no idea why this is and i shall only take one table every few days to balance it out . The 3 month supply will last for ever. As for the quality I have yet to learn as I only just received them . I am informed they are great quality which is why I am marking them a three star for now. I hope they improve the service element.

Great products, great prices and outstanding delivery service, even orders placed after 4pm arrive the next day. If you want happy customers then fast delivery should be enough for most especially when the products do the job. I think this company is second to none. Amazing!

Have always found this company provide an excellent service. Am unsure where the negative reviews are coming from as supplements I have purchased are of good quality and arrive promptly.

Absolutely impossible to contact. The phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to website messages or emails. They simply do not care.

As someone who has been taking various supplements for nearly 5 years. Trust me when I say these are the best supplements around. If you want any supplements get them here.

Supplements are very good quality but the dosages are WAY off! I bought the D3 and K2 - the recommended dosage from british supplements (as stated on the back of packet) was 1 capsule a day. I was taking these for a while and was feeling poorly. I had a blood test done at GP. Vit D levels should be between 50-150 mine were 269. Gp told me I was overdosing.. he advised vit d should be 600IU per day. British Supplements are selling 10,000IU!! Gp said long term these levels could increase calcium levels causing kidney stones. I informed British supplements of this. They said it was my responsibility for knowing dosage and recommended 5000IU.. but this is still way too high! After much debating they finally gave me a refund. I have noticed British supplements still haven’t changed packaging or dosage. I have also realised many of their other supplement dosages are far too high for daily recommendations. I think if you are company selling supplements you are responsible for knowing daily allowances and giving customers the correct guidance. They are providing people with the wrong information and are putting people’s health at risk. I am a therapist and have referred many of my clients onto British supplements (50+). But the supplement levels are so high, and with no willingness from the company to change the recommendations, I am unable to trust them. Therefore I no longer will be referring.

These people at this company really care about their product and their customers. The emails can be a pain but the things they talk of are very important if we want to keep being able to get clean supplements like they offer. If you don’t want the emails just unsubscribe. The emails do just go to show how passionate they are about being able to provide clean unadulterated supplements.

British supplements are a very childish company, rated 137 th out of 137 on @Tracxn ( business intelligence and information company) of similar companies, the owner is a very confused individual, who thinks many out to get him or there is a conspiracy against their company. please read other negative responses ) we had done business on multiple occasions before this incident ( worth a lot more money) with no incident,, but god forbid if you complain or try to send something back as you will be made out to be something your not, accused of damaging stuff or
Lies and your personal information put online, please look on other platforms for the whole story. I bought 1 bag from them and they came with a rip in bag contacted them immediately, after a week of no response i purchased from another company and sent an email saying i didn’t want a refund and i would never do business with them again they put my full name and most of my email address all over there response to this complaint accused me of damaging it myself and saying i was trying to get something for free,,,,all this over £14 , that’s the level of management, and it’s been done multiple times , they send emails attacking our government and other companies and how things are so unfair ,trust pilot being one of them it’s all very boring and not what i thought it was about. Very Unprofessional Putting my partial email and full name in your response ( been taken down by trustpilot for gross breach of their rules) and also being reported to other governmental departments , in i believe a breach of my privacy GDPR,
shows the level of maturity this company has. Reading some of the responses from other trust pilot negative responses and looking in to a few things has made us laugh so much , a real insight to ethics of a man and how treats people.

This company asks for tips for employees so they obv don't pay a living wage. Somebody called Chris sends unwanted emails and offers the option to unsubscribe but that turns out to be impossible as the link is not recognised. Really poor business practice customer-wise, so who knows what goes on in spite of the hype about the purity of the products.
