Update – I have now received full refund from this company for undelivered work I had paid for.
It would have been helpful if they had responded to my emails however, I am thankful the full fees were refunded. No form of communication was ever received from the company.
Nevertheless, customer services needs to be improved along with ensuring that they only take work they actually have expert/skilled individuals in.
AVOID THIS!!! They're just a bunch of scumbag dirty scammers, never deliver their promise. Even if they do, the quality is poor. They'll ask for money for silly reasons again and again. When you ask a refund, they'll try even harder to get money from you. They'll send you a fake screenshot of bank policy, etc, try to convince you. I am curious why such scam does exist in this country. Definitely worth reporting to actionfraud
