The website was easy to navigate and order from. I ordered a 6 month supply of minoxidil on 24th March 2026. It hadn't arrived after a reasonable time, so I contacted British Minoxidil and was told they were having supply problems. I left it as long as I could, but when there was no date for the product to be sent, I requested a refund. I received a reply almost immediately and the refund was in my account 2 days later. I was impressed with the customer service, would recommend to others and would purchase from them in the future (if I knew beforehand that they had the stocks).

I Purchased 12 months supply of minoxidil from this company which I recevied around 10 days ago, however, upon opening the package the product expires in 7 months - September 2026.
I have attempted to contact the company several times & they have failed to acknowledge any of my correspondence.
Guess I will have to pursue a refund through my bank.

The website british flag, the product named - british minoxidil. However, my order has never arraved. When I contacted the company the reply was that it has been shipped from the USA and that is why it takes so long. It never arrived. DO NOT SHOP THERE. IT IS A SCAM 100%.

If there was a zero it would be zero. This is a fake website - just read the delivery policy ( I wish I had). I ordered from the website and a month later nothing had arrived and so I chased - received a strangely worded email saying the package had to ship to the US first! Now 9 weeks later nothing has been received and I have claimed back via my credit card.
