If you are into Honey, try this company. I assure you that customer service is amazing. The products are great as well. Had a problem with a delivery, informed them, within 24hours new package arrived with an extra jar of Honey. The Courier company was at fault. I got the original package as well and informed them. They said just keep it. Very quick personal response to any problems you have and the Honey is amazing.
