I am blown away with the amazing level of customer service that I have received from Sarah at Baby Box. I purchased a box back in 2020 for my daughter, and was hoping to buy one for my second child, due soon. I emailed Sarah and she was so prompt at getting in touch. She's been fantastic at trying to find a solution for me, as they're l currently out of stock for individual sale. She has truly gone above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful for her kindness. I loved the baby box for my daughter and couldn't praise the product any more, either. A fantastic company, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Our charity bought Moses basket mattresses recently. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, they really go out to of their way to help with any enquiries. Mattresses were of great quality. Would recommend!

We're a small charitable organisation that uses British Baby Boxes as part of our project supporting pregnant women who are seeking aslyum. The boxes are beautiful and practical - a wonderful gift for new parents going through a very challenging time. British Baby Box as a company has always been supportive of what we do; lovely people and a fantastic product!

I saw these advertised, bought one, filled it with baby stuff and sent it to our local collection hub for Ukraine. I had a grand child born in this country in March and it fills me with sadness to think of babies being born into the squalor and terror of war.

Ordered for a colleague’s baby shower - everything well packaged and so adorably presented. Products exceptionally soft and Baby Box itself now eagerly awaiting the new arrival!! Very prompt delivery and great customer service. Pretty sure we’ll be ordering again very soon!! Thank you so much.

My daughter was lucky enough to receive a British Baby Box as a gift when expecting her baby. The box and contents are made to a very high standard. Fast forward three years and the box is still in use by my grand daughter as a toy box. You don't get many gifts that can last that long a time!. Would highly recommend.
