Driver was waiting for us
Driver was waiting for us, and despite the flight arriving late and a long wait for the luggage he was very helpful and assisted us with the luggage. The vehicle was very clean and the drive was smooth and safe. We will definitely use this company again as there was no extra charge for the late arrival.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKING
My son was stranded in London after flying into Heathrow from Canada, to find his train connection had been cancelled. This company secured an available driver in short notice and within an hour my son was brought home from Heathrow to Rugeley in the Midlands. Comfortable vehicle and friendly driver.

The one complication, which was not his fault, is that he was unable to contact me for some time.
This is because you gave him the wrong number for my phone.
When I am arriving from India, my number is 00917094013667.
Your mistake was to put the UK prefix rather than the India prefix.

Flight cancelled due to system issue at…
Flight cancelled due to system issue at Heathrow so needed to change taxi time to later in morning for rearranged flight. Scheduled pick up for 6am. Email clearly states office open 24/7 for emergency but it isn’t and only option is to leave message. Means I’m now awake until pick up time to try and rearrange then. Rubbish service especially since this is a state wide issue and company must know that people will need to change pick up times. Edit review: was contacted by operator at 6am who was very helpful and acted quickly to rearrange pick up. For that I have amended the review and have used this company for several years and never had a problem. However, I still think it is disingenuous to claim on the email that they are open 24/7 and then when you ring they are closed from 10:30pm until 6am and this caused further stress.

We are pleased that our team was able to contact you at 6am and quickly rearrange your pick-up for the rescheduled flight.
We also appreciate your comments regarding our 24/7 wording. Our transfer services operate around the clock, with drivers carrying out journeys throughout the night, although our main telephone lines are not continuously staffed overnight.
For all confirmed transfers, the allocated driver's contact details are emailed to passengers in advance. Should there be an urgent change or cancellation outside our telephone operating hours, passengers can contact their allocated driver directly, who can then inform our operations team where necessary.
That said, we appreciate that this may not have been sufficiently clear from our email, and we will review the wording of our communications to make the distinction clearer and avoid unnecessary concern or confusion in the future.

If I ever need an airport transfer in the UK these guys are my go too. I have never been disappointed and today was ni exception. Mohammed arrived promptly, he was friendly, helpful and drove very professionally. The car was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had been sometime since I used…
It had been sometime since I used airport transfers because I was quite far from London so using them from Kings lynn to London Heathrow in my mind was quite a big ask they were professional throughout the timing was impeccable and the driver was helpful and extremely courteous. Highly recommended and as a matter of interest, they actually came in quite a bit cheaper than any of the local taxis.

Perfect journey home
Perfect journey home. BA transfers tracked our flight so when we arrived early they were waiting for us. Lingam met us in arrivals and had parked close by so a short 5 minute walk to the vehicle. Our journey home was calm and relaxing and the vehicle very comfortable. I am always happy to book transfers with BA Transfers, I have used them for many years now and they are always are 100% reliable.
