Latoya helped me obtain a mortgage on my first residential home in Berkshire, and she was particularly helpful in obtaining a mortgage with 15% deposit when rest of the brokers could only give me a mortgage with 25%. Professional and very helpful. The services provided when I was buying my house especially during a pandemic and a first time buyer was very good. The stress that comes with a house buy was eased and Harry who I dealt with helped set my expectations to a realistic level all through. I could not have worked with a better broker. The only slight downside is the pricing which is higher than others in the market but well worth it!!
