Very friendly service. Was not pushy at all and felt like I got a very reasonable deal with a part exchange. We were able to test drive the car and the process for buying was very straight forward. Ended up driving away the same day and haven't had any problems thus far. Extremely happy with the car and would happily use Britannia again if I needed to.

From the initial text noting interest in the car to it sitting on our drive, having been delivered from 400 miles away, has been faultless and completed in less than 72hrs. The communication and support from the garage (Archie to be specific) has been exceptional. Would highly recommend on our experience so far.

I took the slightly uncomfortable decision to buy a car without seeing it in person beforehand. The good news was everything was exactly as listed and the car was exactly as described. Russel S was brilliant throughout. He was honest (including sticking the the indicative trade in price on my old car) and communication was excellent. All in all my dealings with Britannia couldn't have been any better!

Courteous welcome, cars well prepared, sensible negotiations, leading to us driving away with the car we wanted. A real “can do” attitude resulted in us being able to drive away in our chosen car on the same day we walked into the showroom.

Russell S accompanied myself on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable answering any questions I had about the car. Many beautiful cars to choose from all at a great price. First class transaction from beginning to end. Purchased my car on line as was unable to get there in person. My contact was Russell S who was excellent, professional, patient, good humoured and very informative. He ‘walked’ me round then vehicle, clarifying any query I had regarding condition. He kept in touch with me every step of the way, updating me regarding delivery arrangements. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend their services to others. I just purchased a car from Britannia and even though it was done completely online, the process was really seamless and efficient. Russell was extremely helpful, professional and genuine, as well as providing really good communication throughout. He also went the extra mile when sending videos/pictures of the car which made the decision process a lot easier from my perspective. Having also arranged delivery, my new car arrived in exactly the condition described. I've only had it a week, but it seems to drive really well and is mechanically sound. It was the first time I'd purchased a car 100% online and I wouldn't hesitate doing this with Britannia again!

I found buying from Britannia Motor Company a genuinely positive experience. Russell Stoneman was helpful, friendly and efficient. This company was recommended to me by my son , who was also impressed with them.

I called and discussed details of the car and part exchange option, sent pics of my car for valuation. Got a call back within half an hour with price offer for my car - maybe not what I hoped but probably much better then everywhere else.
Took me 2h to get there, got nice cup of coffee on arrival, had a look at the car, done all paper work and was back on the road within half an hour.

From the moment we arrived at the showroom Archie the sales manager and Stuart his colleague made us feel at ease and most welcome. We were left on our own to look around at the cars which were of interest to us. Stuart accompanied myself on the test drive. BRILLIANT. Lots of useful advice was given and his knowledge was second to none. On the sales Archie was very approachable and extremely helpful. I could say much more but suffice to say I would highly recommend a visit to anyone thinking about a purchase. A warm friendly atmosphere with absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot. Thank you Russell and all at Britannia Motors! We visited Britannia Motors for a browse after seeing a car I liked on their website. Both myself and my husband were very impressed with the professional, friendly, non-pushy sales person. We were allowed to browse without being watched over and test drive process was quick and easy. Needless to say, we bought the car and picked it all sparkling clean 2 days later. We had a fair part-exchanged price for my old car and the new car was priced sensibly so no need to quibble over prices. We dealt with Russell who was so genuine and lovely. We will be back when it is time to change the husband's car!

Went to Brittania Motor Company for the first time yesterday and my husband and I were very impressed and pleased with the service they provided. The Sales Rep, Archie, was very welcoming and he gave us great assistance with buying our new car including giving me a fair price for my old car and he arranged the tax and gave us 5 days free insurance on my new car so that I could drive away my car the same day.
I would definitely recommend Brittania Motor Company to family and friends.

Great communication and information from Russell throughout the process. Travelled all the way from Glasgow to pickup the car and Russell picked me up from the station on his day off. Great car and great service.
