Written by the company

Britain in Lines is a UK-based brand creating premium colouring books inspired by towns, cities, and landscapes across Britain. Each book is designed with simplicity and calm in mind. Instead of busy or overwhelming pages, our focus is on clean, architectural line art that’s enjoyable to colour at a slower, more relaxed pace. Whether it’s ten minutes with a cup of tea or a quiet afternoon, our aim is to offer a small moment of calm in a busy world. All of our books are designed and printed in the UK using high-quality 160gsm paper and a wire-bound format, so pages lie completely flat while colouring. They’re made to feel like thoughtful, gift-worthy pieces — something you’d be happy to give, as well as keep. Our collections are inspired by real places across the UK, from coastal towns to historic cities, allowing people to reconnect with places that mean something to them in a simple and creative way. As a small, family-run brand, what we’re building is deeply personal. With every order, we donate a portion of our profits to Martin House Children’s Hospice, a charity that has supported our family in a way we’ll always be grateful for. We’re incredibly thankful for every order, and for everyone who takes the time to support what we’re creating.

Wonderful Harrogate Colouring Book

I ordered the Harrogate colouring book as a gift for my wife; it arrived yesterday, and she is truly excited to be able to sit down and take some time to enjoy it.
Thank you for creating this, and for the timely delivery!

A surprise promotional find as I had…

A surprise promotional find as I had cycled to all 42 Anglican cathedrals for charity last year. I can now colour some of them to enhance my memories of my trip.
Whilst I am not an artist but this is a brilliant book and simple to colour in.
