Brilliant products and such great prices. Highly recommend.

I ordered on 24th April. Did not receive items until 12th May.
I called, left messages, text, sent 2 emails and sent an Instagram message. I was extremely polite and heard absolutely nothing. Bad customer service.
To make it more annoying, they wrote 'sorry for delay' and didn't pop in even a gesture of a free sample etc.

Ordered 1 Feb still not arrived 14th February.

Poor service

Bought 2 advent calendars as presents for my daughters as they use wax melts all the time. Firstly
the little pots look lovely in the individual boxes, and I'm sure they will love them, which is the main thing. However, the overall Advent box that they are housed in was pretty flimsy, they will not stand up without them all falling out, the shelves aren't glued on, and one of the doors was only half attached. They just looked a little bit scruffy.

The Reed diffusers are the longest lasting by a long long way and when I asked if they could custom make my favourite scent as a diffuser, not only did they oblige but they ensured the reeds even matched my decor.

Their customer service alone deserves top marks and once you try these products, you’ll understand the hype for yourselves.
