We've been using Bristol Gas Supplies for many years and whilst we probably only use them once a year, they are always competitive, efficient and effective in delivering and connecting bottled gas for our fire. It is excellent service; thank you.

We bought a heater and gas bottle from Bristol Gas Supplies and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
we have since bought some refills and again, the staff are really great (even though the android app and website shop leave a bit to be desired)

The gas was delivered within the time frame and the man was polite and helpful as I've always found.

I thank god I chose to download the App and order this way. It’s fast efficient and no problems.

We had run out of gas for cooking. A quick phone call and the bottle was delivered to our rural home early the next morning.

Great price and great service , I went to local garage to buy a refill to find out of stock so googled and found this great supplier and £10 cheaper ! Very happy customer and I will definitely use again ,

Website is easy to use. I ordered on the weekend and gas was delivered 24 hours earlier than I was expecting. Can’t complain at that, super fast. Also £20 cheaper than buying at local garage and these folks delivered.

Refreshing and rare experience received today, it’s challenging to find an organisation who are well connected and thinks faster than the customer. Outstanding swift operations by Andy yesterday who had loaded a tank onto truck before he had even spoken to me but didn’t need it as Paul who arrived with it had the regulator onto my current tank fitted in a nano second 😃👍 Clearly I haven’t got the knack of it yet 🤣

I am an executor to I deceive state and I needed to find out who they dealt with before they pass away. I contacted Bristol gas supplies and they were able to look back at their records and confirm that deceased had a delivery account with them so was able to order and book a delivery.
The delivery was on time and the driver was very professional about his work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of gas bottles.

Ordered 2 x 13kg refills but they only turned up with one bottle. However, after a quick phone call they appologised and sorted out the issue delivering the second bottle the next day. Great customer service.

Have been a loyal customer with Bristol Gas for well over 15yrs now. You do not place that kind of loyalty with non other than someone who deserves it and Bristol Gas fill that criteria. Staff on the phone are polite and efficient, delivery men are cheerful and always arrive when expected. It is a Company you can place your trust in, knowing full well you are never going to be let down by them. Take bow Bristol Gas.

Very poor service! They didn't say what day or time they was coming round like they emailed to say they would. So obviously I missed them . But I only missed them by 13 minutes and they couldn't be bothered to come back that day . Either way they didn't tell me when they was coming. And when I called to politely tell them what has happened there was no apology. Canceled the order will not go to them again. So sad as how Cole it is. They then replied to me lieing saying they didn't say they would contact me even tho they emailed me saying that . And they did NOT wait 15 mins at all! I text them 13 minutes after and they had already left, there reply is all lies

Very helpful and speedy service, really friendly team, have used them for a couple of years now and had my first delivery from them which couldn’t have gone easier or quicker!! Very well priced, will be using again!!

Great service - I wasn’t home when they delivered, but they located the gas bottles at the rear of the house, disconnected and removed the empty bottles and connected the refilled bottles. I will definitely use them again.
