I rang customer service with a problem after 4:30pm on a Friday. The person I spoke to could not have been more helpful - she found my old record to identify the shower and arranged for an engineer to call the following week. He arrived at the appointed time, was also extremely helpful, fixed the shower and offered advice. What more could you ask?

Good quality tap that lasted for years
We had a Bristan kitchen basin tap that worked perfectly well for many years before eventually needing to be replaced. Unfortunately, by that point it was no longer covered by the warranty, but considering how long it lasted, we were happy with the overall quality.
In fact, we were happy enough with it that we replaced it with another Bristan tap, which probably says it all! 😊

Bristan replacement tap valves
I needed replacement valve for a kitchen mixer tap. as the tap was an older model I telephoned, rather than used the online self help.
I was answered promptly and I explained the situation. I was offered the replacement part number for the tap, which I could then order myself, or the customer service adviser said I could order new style valves and that they, Bristan, would provide complimentary replacement tap handles.
We agreed that was the best way forward. The order was places and the parts arrived promptly.

I would recommend Bristan.
The Eco basin tap is sturdy, well made and looks more expensive than it was. The handle is smooth to operate. I am very pleased with it and I would recommend Bristan.

Spare Lip Seal for plug waste.
Required a new lip seal for a click clack waste to stop the water leaking out of a basin, but these are not stocked, so they sent a complete replacement instead.

The customer service was exemplary
The customer service was exemplary. The lady who took my call was friendly and incredibly competent. I was able to book an engineer for the next week or so quite easily. While awaiting the appointment the replacement parts arrived by post in good time. The engineer kept me updated about his arrival. He sorted the tap problem quite quickly, he was polite and professional. Thank you!
