Bought a built in Bristan shower in 2013, you can’t get spares now so I’ll have to refit a newer version . Re tile the shower etc.
Never for a built in unit!! Always for a bar therm. Easy to fit and replace.

Great customer service. I personally recommend buying there stuff. A plumber may let you down but Bristan wont. If its in warranty, free repairs and if its out of warranty they will repair or replace for a fair price

I needed new washer cartridges for our Bath/Shower mixer and basin taps.
Unfortunately Bristan were out of stock and instead of asking me to wait until they were in stock they checked with other suppliers and provided me with their details.

I haven't had the replacement valves for my mixer tap fitted yet, but assuming I ordered the correct items, the customer service was superb.
