I finally received my order. However, the shirts must be made out of the United States. I saw Dubai on the paperwork. The size I ordered didn't fit, so I suggest ordering a larger neck size, maybe half a size larger. I ended up disposing of the shirts.

I really enjoy the selection of fabrics and collar styles that Brisk offers, but the fit on all six shirts that I've had made have been spot on. I used the option to use measurements from a shirt that I already own and they are probably the best fitting shirts I have. On top of all of that, the prices can't be beat. I will definitely be pleasing more orders.

I received my shirts, and I am very impressed. The material is superb, and they fit extremely well. It took them a while to get here on account of the holidays, but I must say the representatives responded in a timely manner to each of my inquiries.

Took 2 months all to receive 3 shirts all if which fit completely different. I entered my measurements exactly for each shirt. When I say fit differently I meant vastly different. Sleeves either were 4 inches too long or stopped at my elbow (long sleeve mind you) plus the best part, they smelled something horrific, I had to place them outside, I wont describe the culture they smelled like but there is a reason they cook outside.

I’ve always been a bit hesitant about online custom clothing due to past issues with poor fit and no practical way to resolve them. However, my experience with Brisk Shirt has completely changed my perspective. Their clear and thorough communication allowed me to share specific sizing preferences beyond just the measurements provided in my order. As a result, I received two shirts that were not only well-made but also fit perfectly. I’m highly satisfied and will definitely be ordering again!

I've been ordering from Brisk for a few years and I recently had these guys make me custom shirts with a custom collar. Sent them a few pics of what I was looking for and they matched it to perfection! It's my only go to place for shirts. Thank you guys

The shirts are of an excellent quality. The style of the shirts are unique and the colors and fit are also very impressive!
Have have about 10 of them now and wear a different one every day!
Best shirts I ever had!
One more thing the shirts do not shrink after washing them.

I was terribly disappointed in the shirts when they arrived. I was looking to an alternative to Brooks Bros, which I've bought for years. The sizing was very poor and I am not able to wear them. Would never order from Brisk again. This was my first attempt ordering from a remote vendor and will be my lasyt.

Customer service is abysmal. I ordered a size that was a half inch larger to allow for a sizing difference, however the shirt was still tight in the neck. I asked for a larger size for two of the shirts and to return the third one which felt thin and cheap. The response was for me to send a picture of myself with the shirt on so they can "analyze the fit and recommend the best solution". This was unacceptable to me because this implies that I don't know how something is supposed to fit. I've had custom shirts made by other tailors with the same neck size that fit just fine. What if they decided that the picture looked like a good fit and they didn't want to do the exchange/refund? Also, I saw nothing in there return policy indicating that this was a condition of a return or exchange. I didn't like where this was headed and would be losing time for the window to return the product. There is no number to call so time was of the essence because of only being able to communicate via email. So I returned the shirts to the Newport Beach address with a letter expressing my wishes. I'll see what happens.

4 shirts ordered, fit in body differed on all 4. All collars were uncomfortably tight, French cuffs almost impossible to close. Requested return 8 days ago, no response as yet, will proceed with card dispute.

As to fabric quality, significantly below Charles Tyrwhitt or H&C at similar price point.

Ordering clothing online comes with implicit risk. In the case of my first Brisk order, I selected a custom tailored shirt with a rounded Club collar (Medium point) and a Modern silhouette (described as appropriate for people with a flat stomach). Despite making several queries before placing my order, I was disappointed with the shirt. The collar was at least an inch longer than I expected. The waist billowed five inches beyond my midriff. Brisk representatives said they’d be happy to remake the shirt with a Low Point collar and a Slim waist at no charge. But I would have to pay shipping. This is when I discovered that, although Brisk has an address in Newport Beach, California, its shirts are manufactured in Lahore, Pakistan. The cheapest shipping from the U.S. was more than the original shirt. I considered abandoning the shirt project. But after a few more email conversations with customer service, Brisk kindly agreed to ship me a new shirt at its expense. The re=made shirt is entirely to my satisfaction. The workmanship is beautiful. Now that I’ve established my measurements, I look forward to ordering more shirts from Brisk, whose staff was exceptionally responsive.

I ordered 21 shirts from brisk on March 2nd and i log in to the website and it says i have not order. I also have not status of the order what so ever. I spent $965.00

Great Shirts, the slim fit in 15.5 fits me like a glove. Great construction, patterns, and colors you wouldn’t find anywhere else. I have been looking for shirts like these for a while now. It takes 2-3 weeks to get your custom order but it’s totally worth the wait
