I was connected with a representative that was able to quickly assist me in resolving the WIFI connection issue with the camera. She was friendly and efficient and stayed on the phone until the problem was resolved. She also verified that the camera was working.

I called regarding billing.... my representative was helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to complete my business in a "resonable" amount of time. "Reasonable" because I waited only about 2 minutes. In the past, I have had to wait more than 20 minutes to speak to a representative.

Sorry don't remember her name. I retired after 30 yrs as VP of customer satisfaction. I'm disabled and my older brother is my caretaker. He was the one who had to go outside make camera flash and tried hard to follow directions. He is completely illiterate on computer. He can Answer his phone, send a text. After 1hr 10min on the phone she suggested a VT, only after I was ready to cancel. So she set up appointment. Today he called. He had already fixed it when he called. 5☆ for him and Thankyou.
Just a few points
Don't downgrade what the Customer has. Mention it's possible issues the custom my experience then drop it.
We were on the phone for 1hr 20 min. After 20 minutes and you realize my brothers not getting it. Tell us then about the VT option.
All in all happy with Brinks

I will reserve my comments in a complaint email I will be sending soon to your complaint department.Needless to say, my call to Brinks on June 2nd must have been treated as a mere social call by your customer service rep named Arreon and not a legitimate request to cancel the month-to-month contract since the property was already sold on May 29, 2025 which was properly communicated to this rep. Hence, I was charged $30 for the months of June and July.

Brink's cancellation policies leave a lot to be desired. Once you call in to cancel, they send you a "loyalty DocuSign" to truly cancel. My first rep didn't really tell me about it and its intended purpose. I didn't realize that I wasn't cancelled until I received a bill indicating that I still owed them payments. Then when you call in an explain the situation, there is really no leniency by their team even though they say they know you called previously to cancel and must have "missed" the email. It's not really until you inquire further that they tell you more about the intended purpose of the email. They then take you through the cancellation process again and you have to once again wait to get their "loyalty docusign" email and make your way through that. Then they tell you that it will take them a few days to process this AFTERWHICH the 30-day cancelation clock starts before they can truly cancel you (hence charging you another month's of service fees). When you ask them why they need 30 days, they say that they need to "deactivate" your monitoring. I truly have never made my way through a process such as this. It seems it is really set up to milk their exiting customers for a few more months of service payments. I think the FCC or the BBB should definitely look a this process as it is intended to make more money through creating complexity. I would avoid this company and look for more established, professional companies that are easier to do business with and aren't after making another buck by creating complexity for their customers.
