As from my last review, I don't want to repeat the issue but I have now emailed your support email twice with no answer, and yuntracking today, also with no answer.
Can I suggest that you have a contact phone number instead since you seem completely incompetent in actually responding via email because I have contacted Kistania informing them of my issues with trying to contact you and have requested proof of lost package from yourselves since I never got my package

Delivery for Friday was cancelled, then it was said to be delivered on Saturday. I had a message that the parcel was delivered at the neighbours. But they did not receive it. Help me out please.

Vreselijke service. Je kan de klantenservice noch bezorger bereiken. Heb al 4 mails gestuurd. Begin me half af te vragen of het bedrijf wel bestaat, tot op heden geen enkele bezorger gezien.
Worst delivery service ever. Three delivery “attempts” whilst I was home the whole day. No one stopped by. Customer service emails are ignored. I’ve sent four so far. Only received one general reply of ‘oh sorry we will deliver your package on Friday’. It is now Saturday. Naturally no delivery guy has come by. I’m not even sure whether this company even delivers anything at all or if they’re scammers.

Received the package on Saturday evening. On day 6. It was not communicated that they would stop by.
I have added a second star, because I did receive my parcel.
Pakketje is aangekomen op dag 6 (er was geen mail of informatie dat ze die dag zouden langskomen).

I ordered the item and got promised delivery the next day. Since then my delivery status got updated 2 times and still not package delivered yet.
Around 22:00 I just got a message:
"Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver your package due to time constraints. Check the track & trace for a new attempt."
No number, no contact on what happened and any kind of information whatsoever.
Originally package was supposed to arrive at 21:00PM, then 21:15 PM, and 21:44 PM.
Maybe if you cannot keep up with trace & tracking you shouldn't be using this technology.

I paid cash in the Mediamarkt for my laptop. They didn’t deliver the next day. When the track & trace said it would come the next day it never came and the track&trace never updated from that point. Went to the store and when they called Bringly they all gave different answers and were rude. One said they were gonna send me a link to get my money back. I paid cash??! They stopped responding to my emails and the package is still nowhere to be found. No phone number to contact them and the chat function is always ofline. Mediamarkt support has no phone number or any other way to get me in contact with them, but the companies are partners??! This is just so bad and weird.

Got three "you weren't home, so we couldn't deliver" messages while I was home the whole day on all three. I'm pretty sure no attempt was ever made.
Avoid at all costs if possible. Don't order anything from mediamarkt as long as they use these clowns.

Same situation with me. I have ordered the new Iphone 14 on 3rd of February and order was never delivered and refund was not proceeded one month already . DONT BUY IPHONES ON MEDIAMARKT WEBSITE WITH DELIVERY. BRINGLY STEALS AND DONT RETURN TO A SENDER YOUR ORDER. I am going to the police to fill a report today.

When buying something online at MediaMarkt, it is better to pick it up yourself in the store, you will certainly enjoy the ordered product faster, and certainly less problems associated with it.

Delivery status of my Mediamarkt order states that the delivery was not successful, even though I was home - they did not even ring the doorbell.
So I had to pay for the delivery, which didn't even happen?
Two products ordered within 3 days from MediaMarkt, were supposed to be delivered by Bringly (never heard of them before). None of the products arrived on time, probably won't be ever delivered. No update on the delivery status, not possible to contact them directly. If the first time it was an incident, second time it is a fraud.
Worst carrier firm that I ever saw! Their tracking system always gives wrong information, they don't have any customer support. If you got a package from them always expect delays. They delayed my delivery 3 times. Despite I was at home, they gave 3 delivery fails without a reason. In a nutshell, the worst experience that I ever had!
No updates, package was lost, no response on chat/mail/telephone...
