I have placed a prepaid order via their official website and haven’t received the products. Their contact number has been turned off for five days. I haven’t gotten any response for my email and Instagram messages either.

I too was scammed by Brilliare. I ordered two sets of rhinestones and pens. Initially I heard from the company and was reassured that I would receive my orders. After nothing came I wrote again and didn’t hear back so I just waited. I did get one set of rhinestones but no pens when I tried contacting them it was like they vanished off the earth. I heard nothing from them again despite several attempts to get ahold of them.
As all the others have said avoid this company like the plague. They are getting rich on our backs.

They don’t have a zero star so the next to the lowest is a 1. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought a rhinestone pen on Aug 4 with rhinestones and it didn’t work! And as of today Oct 26, 2020 I’ve been asking for a refund and they have not responded!! Bad business!! And yes it’s shipped from China

I bought from this site a gem and pen applicator, supposedly suitable for youngster to apply to bags, shoes, sun glasses etc they took my money on day one of purchase, but failed to deliver the goods, I chased and chased them via e-mail to eventually ( about 3 months later) have delivered a box of NOT GEMS but mere coloured grains of sand - NO PEN but then the grains of sand would not be suitable to pick up by pen apllicator due to being so small!!! and definetly not suitable for application to goods etc, so once again I e-mailed them and Guess what - they never replied after many attempts I contacted my credit card company who refunded the money back to my account and said this had happened to several people - DO NOT USE THIS SITE _ WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS NOT WHAT THEY SUPPLY

This is a scam I paid 56 dollars for a pen and jewels and extra jewels but I never got a pen just the jewels I messaged them and they said I just paid for the jewel no pen I told them why would I pay $56 dollars for just jewels I can get them cheap on ebay DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL BE CHEATED IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY LISTEN TO EVERYONE THIS IS A SCAM KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DONT WASTE IT BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE AND DO NOT RESPOND RIGHT AWAY AND IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO GET TO THEIR SITE AFTER I RECEIVED MY ORDER IT HAD SAID SITE CAN'T BE REACHED SO IT TOOK ME AWHILE TO TRACK THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!

Total scam. It took over 3 months to get the doggie gate I ordered. When I did receive it, it was a piece of crap. It was not even the same item I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not buy anything from this company. Waited 2.5 months and products works half of the time. Buy elsewhere.

Thissssss is da WORST experience ever..Taking folk money and NOT responding..During these hard times money is hard to come by..My 12yr old daughter was truly disappointed waiting for this after asking me to order it..I’m in tears while my daughter didn’t have da opportunity to use this as a arts & crafts while home 7dqys a week 24 hrs a day😢😢..Ordered May 4th

Scam. Just like many others on Facebook. And Facebook allows this and all the other scammers to advertise on their web site. I will not only write a bad review of Brillaire, I am boycotting Facebook until they clean up. I would encourage others to do the same.
Brillaire will accept your order and then immediately send you a confirmation offering big discounts if you order NOW. ie before your stuff has arrived. There is nothiung coming. Nothing is being delivered. You´ve been had.

People it is time for all of us to contact the Attorney General's Offices. This company is a total fraud and has taken probably millions from customers around the globe.

I ordered a product 24 March 2020, have received a few emails about the order with one excuse after another. The products come from China, so they are getting rich off of us.

Don't waste your money, learn from the rest of us.

I hope this review will reach others before buying, unfortunately my mother didn’t research before purchasing and I had to investigate for her.
She placed the order 2 months ago and the item has not ever arrived.
She has written more than 10 emails and receives no response. They do not list a phone number for this exact reason.
This site is a complete and total Scam. Don’t waste your time. You can purchase the same items this company offers on Amazon, and your purchase will come with a buyback guarantee.

Cheating Company. They never reply to your inquiries. They delete the tracking nummer and they just steal your money. How low can people sink??? Scumbags

Do not be fooled! I only gave 1 star because i could not warn you not to buy from this company without at least pressing 1 star! Order took 2.5 months as others, with no applicator. I could have went to beauty supply to get gems! The applicator sold the product. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT order from this company!

I only give one star bc it will not allow me to leave feedback without it. This company is very obviously a scam, as it seems by my own experience and others' reviews, taking money from myself and others for product orders that never show up. I cannot get any email response from this company, having emailed several times. There is no contact number or person to speak of. I am filing my dispute now through Paypal, and reporting to the better business bureau. I strongly suggest to anyone NEVER order from this company or give them your hard earned money.

I've written numerous emails try to get ahold of them you name it I've tried it.. no product no refund no respond so sad..but I'm going to continue trying to find a way to get ahold of these people and get them shut down something's gotta give..
