I wanted to take a moment to thank Brillianthost team for the incredible support I received, especially from Jacob Masse. He was so patient and kind throughout the process, helping me with pointing my DNS records and even going the extra mile to guide me with tutorials and suggestions. It really meant a lot to have someone so understanding, especially since I’m not very familiar with these technical details and I am full noob.

Jacob’s offer to help set up WordPress for me if needed was beyond generous, and I’m so grateful for his support. The fact that all of this was done without any extra fees shows how much they value their customers, and it’s truly rare to find such thoughtful service.

Just got a server from these guy, and I love them so much, they are super affordable and very professional, I have really liked the customer service I experienced when talking with them.

Very Unprofessional, unwanted Email marketing offers, and quotes.

TLDR: They don't care about customer benefits, only about their profits.

This provider is a scam. Twenty-four hours after my purchase, they sent me an IP address, username, and password without providing access to a control panel. I purchased one month of service, but just a few days later, they shut down the VPS without any notice.

They don't respond to any emails and treat customers poorly, which is unacceptable. They only seem to care when they receive a bad review. 😡

Edit: In the service agreement, there is nothing related to torrenting (their FAQ at page footer is 404 link imgur com/a/NWrJfgM ). They stated I could do whatever I wanted (in FAQ)

I got a service from them. They were absolutely helpful, installed what I needed, and even provided support above and beyond what I needed. They were a great help when my services were down and provided me a backlog of information. What a great host provider and will continue to buy again.

Really great uptime fast support very cheap custom plans and everything is good overall ive used them since they opened and their previous company plan on using for quite some time

Just got a server from these guys, performance is great and I’ve never seen pricing like this. I’ve had an amazing experience so far!
