This was my first year filing my wife's US taxes after her move to the UK.
Our circumstances are not complicated, but the forms are!
From my first virtual meeting I felt reassured that we were being looked after by professionals who knew what they were doing but were also keen to give a personal service. Every step of the process went as smoothly as I can imagine. I am very happy to have found Bright!Tax and am looking forward to continuing our relationship.

Its not over yet, but so far so good. The Client Data Base online works well although sometimes the titles are obtuse and dont refer to what is inside. Its now been 3 times that I just get used to adviser 1 when, suddenly Im switched to advisor 2 and now Ive been switched to advisor 3. I definitely get the feeling that the organization is growing ,but a heads up or explanation could help ease the transition. Its unclear to me how deeply my documents were read as it appeared that no one really looked at my French tax return, they just wanted 3 figures that had already been on a form I uploaded months before, so that is a bit puzzling. A telephone call I booked is still a couple of weeks in the future so this could be cleared up at that time, I simply dont know now.
