Rude, cursed me, told me to find someone else
My A/C went out in Texas. I have a home warranty who hired this company and I was advised to expect a call from them to advise when to expect them at the house. I was without A/C for two days, this company never called, texted nor emailed. My family was miserable so I called Bright Star , it's been two days with no communication and asked if I needed to find another provider.
The owner of this company gave me a rather "terse" response that included cursing advising me to do just that (find someone else).
