Bought headlamp cleaner for 8 euros. Efficient tracking system stating item ready for dispatch in the states, sent to customs in states, at customs in states, then low and behold the item turned up from China within two hours of it being at customs in the states ! Very odd and starting to think it’s a scam! On opening the product it was half the size of a ladies lipstick with instructions smaller than a magnifying glass could pick up! I stupidly paid 20euros for posting. So unless I have bought liquid gold I have been conned !!!

Bought this high-temp adhesive recently. It works fairly well, handles the heat like it claims. Price felt a tad high for the quantity provided, but performance makes it acceptable overall.

Wish I'd thought to read up on this "company" before ordering. One week in and my item is still somewhere in America- must be coming by Pigeon Post . Tracking number I have is invalid/ not recognised on numerous tracking platforms.Asked the Company for Carrier details which they won't provide, and they are now ignoring my emails. Yes, it's only been a week but I expected the package to have left America by now, and also for the tracking number to be valid. So I reckon I've lost my money too, as when I looked into contacting the place who deal with their payments on PayPal, surprise, surprise I received the same email ( word for word) that I last received from Bright Meteors. This is a scam, don''t waste your money. It's about time Facebook were held accountable for allowing Fake companies to advertise.

DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered and paid on 22 July 2024 and still received absolutely nothing. I e-mailed them but the only answer I get is that my order is in transit. I now even noticed that they ignore my e-mails

I am normally size L as I am tall. I ordered an XL in a printed shirt. The advert showed a long, floaty shirt with a long tale. The shirt that arrived is too small and is very short at the front - nothing like the advert. And the fabric is a cheap nylon not the floaty chiffon fabric showing in the advert. Don't waste your money.

I ordered bird feeders. The way they were packaged Was flimsy! Both were broken. Anyone know how to contact them. Thanks!

This glue amazed me with its high-heat tolerance. The design is straightforward yet efficient. It comes in a handy squeeze bottle, making it easy to apply accurately even in small areas. I ordered a USB hub extender. I received a poorly made noise activated light stick, even though the tracking emails to me were labelled with the USB hub extender.

Customer support was atrocious. Telling me that was what i ordered, and offered a 5 dollar refund.

Currently going through PayPal now for a full refund.

I ordered two products but never got those and the support does not give any decent answer.

After writing this to Trustpilot the company Bright Meteors finally refunded my money.

The problem now is solved

I ordered a 36 000 mAh powerbank and they sent me a 10 000 mAh one. If I want to send it back I will have to pay for the costs which are almost half of the value. After I complained they said I will get a refund. But only for the powerbank. I will have to send it back and pay the postal costs myself. This is a clear intentional scam and I'm seriously consider contacting my lawyer because I'm so angry. It's not a lot of money but it's a 100 % clear scam! Don't ever order anything from brightmeteors.com 🤕😝

I’d give it a zero if possible. scammers. After multiple attempts to correct the issue I give up. Their ad shows one thing and what they sent is different. They offered $2 refunds then $3 then $5. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Got scammed by this company, sending me a cheap beer opener instead of an electric wine opener set as advertised, when I complained with PayPal, was asked to send it to China on my cost which was more than the cost of the product.

This glue is pretty impressive! High heat doesn't weaken it and the insulation is top-notch. It's easy to apply and dries solid, creating a durable seal. Really high-quality stuff!

I ordered the "Quick Clothing Fixer" from these people - NEVER AGAIN! I bought the package that included the mechinaisim and the tags that go along with it. It arrived in good time, but when I opened it, the tool was there, but no tags. You cannot use this product without the tags. So I wrote to them asking for them to send me the tags and they said that they couldn't and if I wanted to return it, it would have to be on me to pay shipping back to them. The customer representative kept offering me compensation of a few dollars but that's not what I wanted. I wanted to be able to use the product I bought, which I was unable to do without the tags. I also asked if they could just send me the link for the tags, so I could order them myself, and they couldnt't even do that. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service.
