Angel was so helpful in helping us set up our account. The software is going to take so much work off our plate!

We are in the process of switching over to BrightHR and I have had to ask many questions along the way as I input all the data and navigate the system and learn how it works. I have had a dedicated onboarding and customer support person, Sakshi Pillai, and she has been great. She is very patient, and gives me clear instructions and is very pleasant to talk to. She has been a great help.

Angel Ali was very patient and informative, I am keeping her as my go to for questions.

I had a wonderful onboarding session with Tyson. He was very concise, and we were able to have an efficient meeting.

I'm in the process of learning the program and have needed help on several occasions. When I call in the call is answered promptly and I either get my help from that person or are transferred to someone who can help. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable, Simran Ranu has helped from the start and has been great. I would recommend this product and service based on my experience so far.

I received the basic explanation I needed to understand how the platform works from Tyson Tan. Everything was good; I just would have preferred a bit more detail on how to use the BrightSafe features, such as the free H&S e-learning courses available in that module.

I had a wonderful onboarding session with Angel. She was kind and considerate. The app feels a bit overwhelming at the start but she really made me feel confident in understanding the benefits of getting to know the BrightHR software/apps. I have some homework to do but it'll be worth it in the end.
