Thank you Naomi! What a fabulous user-friendly program with the advantage of your guidance. It is very user friendly! My only suggestion is: a word doc using the titles to know which title to click to go to find where specific info is (don't worry i am busy building one!) in order to decrease the search time while you are familiarizing yourself with the system/terminology/etc. Was impressed at how user friendly it is & Naomi was excellent with the demonstration, thanks!

Has a lot of potential, however, the “training” its more like “here you gonna find the link for your answers”. Very disappointed. We will “study the links” and we will get back to you.

I love this company. Their service is excellent and guides me step by step through HR issues. Their blip timeclock and online dashboard make scheduling and keeping track of hours and documents very simple.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful during the whole set-up process. I was able to fit in the online and telephone support meetings when it was convenient for me, and everything was very straight-forward. Everything seems very user-friendly, and I'm looking forward to saving a lot of admin time with BrightHR.

Day 1: It seems like a good product with a lot of functionality and support, which is appreciated.

Bright HR is a NEW application to me. I manage a Security Staff for a private International Boarding High school. We have a lot of extra policies as a result. I have been an HR Recruiter/Generalist and an HR Manager in the past for companies from 300 to 600. Bright HR is "AWESOME" what great tools and interconnectivity with administrators! I have used People Soft, and other HR tools but this is far superior. File management and scheduling as well as other things are laid out in a logical useful way. Very user friendly and intuitive. Congratulations on a Great product!

Great tutorial. I cannot wait to implement this product with our staff.

Although I have not used the system, it seems to be well designed for its intended use.
I would require it to allow for time sheet input by job #, with the potential for multiple jobs in one day.As it is, there is no value to my business.
Another improvement would be to have it communicate with bookkeeping programs, such as Sage, so that the timesheet data does not have to be manually transferred to payroll programs.

I found the software to be non intuitive...found the entire process to be rushed and constantly felt left behind during the tutorial.
The staff member spoke very quickly and I had to interrupt often to say please say that again. There seemed to be an assumption that I knew a lot of the stuff which I did not.
I may not be the most savvy person with technology, however I do run two successful companies and manage just fine with my technology skill as they are..
