I was skeptical at first when I was about to book my flight with Bright Holidayz as I’ve never heard about them prior to stumbling upon them online during my search but the services I received from them cannot be described!! They certainly didn’t get enough publicity for their good services. They took care of everything for me and all I had to do was fly, and they also work well within my budget.
I am specially thankful to Sophie Clark for her patience, attentiveness to details and professionalism.

Thank you to Robin for helping me book my flight. You were very professional, patient, and made the whole process easy for me. I appreciate your quick responses and the good deal you found. I will definitely use your service again and recommend you to others.

I am writing to formally report my experience with Bright Holiday Flights Limited, which I believe operates in a misleading and unethical manner and poses a risk to consumers.

I purchased flight tickets through this company and had a very bad experience. After encountering serious issues with their service, I left an honest review on Trustpilot to warn other customers. Following this, I was contacted by Mr. John Henry, who pressured me to remove my Trustpilot review in exchange for a refund. I was clearly told that the refund would only be issued if I deleted my review.

As I urgently needed my money back and felt I had no other option, I reluctantly removed my review. Only after doing so was the refund processed. I am aware that conditioning a refund on the removal of a genuine consumer review is unethical and potentially unlawful, but I felt coerced into complying.

I am now attempting to share my experience again because I believe Bright Holiday Flights Limited is taking advantage of customers, particularly in relation to flight ticket sales. I also have serious concerns about their legitimacy. Although the company claims to be based in the United Kingdom, I strongly believe they are not operating from the UK and are misrepresenting their location and business presence.

This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone and believe that consumers should be warned about their practices.

I am providing this information in good faith and am willing to cooperate further if additional details or evidence are required.

It was easy to book a flight with you and I was allowed to pay in instalments.
