Love your product

Love your product, never been disappointed yet. Best luggage ever!! Website is user friendly and item arrived on schedule. We've been using this brand for about 10 years and keep buying more. The luggage is lightweight, expandable and has some very nice features. I love to use the top zipper section for my dirty clothes when traveling because it just zips in there nicely keeping it separate from my clean clothes. Thank you Briggs & Riley, great product!!

My Honeymoon Bag

I'm getting ready for my honeymoon and chose this bag for its size and known quality. I had checked out other department stores and found better prices but without the quality that I know lies in every Briggs and Riley bag. When I received the bag, I was surprised of how lightweight it is while still being sturdy. The zipper compartments inside will also be handy. While other bags also have the locking feature, I couldn't find one where the ease of locking and unlocking could beat B & R. The quality of this bag along with the lifetime warranty makes this bag hard to beat. Between my fiancé and myself, this is our 5th Briggs and Riley. It's just a hard bag to beat!

Trunk Style Luggage

Trunk Style Luggage
I wanted a hard case that didn't take up twice the space when it was opened. This is the perfect case, the lid opens and can lean up against the wall while the base of the truck sits on the luggage rack. The medium size is still large but not too large.

Great luggage, slow shipping

Briggs and Riley luggage is fantastic but I can only give three stars because it took 10 days for this piece to arrive after I ordered it.

Amazing customer service!

I love my luggage, but what was even better was the customer service! I had an issue with my luggage and a Briggs representative very quickly got back to me and fixed my problem.

My luggage is beautiful (as beautiful as luggage can be), looks sturdy and rolls smoothly. Thank you!!

Good product, poor shipping performance

The product is good and exactly what I had in mind. However, the shipping experience was poor. You sent an email saying the item was shipped and would be delivered on a certain day, but days later you sent another email saying it would be delivered two days later than that. In the scheme of things it is a small matter, but this shipper, FedEx, has frequently needed to revise its planned delivery date. My family and I have gotten several deliveries each week for a year now, and while Amazon and UPS and other shippers have figured out how to correctly predict delivery, FedEx continues to get it wrong more than half the time.

The medium Trunk that i Bought on December 20 has been a trouble!!!!!
The zipper has open twice while traveling. It was on sale i dont know if there was a problem with the suitcase ...

Please i want a refund and I will be happy to send the item as soon as possible.

Repair kit

My handle repair kit was shipped the day following my order and doing the repair myself was easy and quick. The only issue was delivery was through the US Postal Service - they are the worse carrier in the world. It took 8 days to arrive.

Briggs & Riley Self Repair Ripoff

I love my Briggs & Riley products. I really like the fact that I can order self repair items to take care of at home instead of having to send my luggage in which is also great service and they go over the luggage to make sure everything is taken care of.

What I don't like about the self repair is the they charge you $10 per item for shipping and I think we all know that's ridiculously high! I ordered two new wheels and four new zipper pulls for a total of $40 to ship though the items are marketed as "FREE". Seriously Briggs & Riley...you are better than this. The package couldn't have weighed more than 4 pounds and you can ship USPS any weight up to 70 pounds for ~$12.00. Negotiate a better contract with FedEx or look at other options. You have a stellar product but you're not making any friends at $10 an item to ship them.

i wish they offered covers for all their checked suitcases as airlines are not keeping their baggage handling eqpt and areas clean and of course their goal is to destroy as many suitcases as possible.
