A terrible experience with what can only be described as an amateur bus company.

I was part of a group which hired a bus for a group 'ale trail' day out.

The driver had no idea where he was going between venues, causing a creeping lateness throughout the day, repeatedly broke highway rules including the use of a mobile phone in hand while at the wheel on a motorway, and was rude and abusive amid efforts made by the group to help him.

The company has refused to take any responsibility, instead choosing to attack the passenger group.

As a group organizer I was embarrassed to have hired this company, would never do so again, and feel strongly that when challenged their response is to make threats to customers. Shocking!

Not a great time traveling home with how much fumes was coming out the exhaust. Company don’t believe us. But the driver who took us home rang back to the company to say how bad the fumes coming out the coach was. I honestly thought someone going to pass out with the fumes. Better coaches out there. Highly wouldn’t recommend. You’ll only choke.

The coach needed a good clean, the air conditioning did not work, even though the driver said it was on, could not feel a thing and it was a warm evening. The driver did not have a clue where he was going, relying on sat nav, did not have a basic knowledge of the area, which to be honest all good drivers do. A dodgy start to the journey because he had trouble getting the air into the brakes/coach to get going. A warning light was on the dash board but could work it out. I had no confidence in coach at all, I thought it was going to break down at some point.

What a wonderful and professional service have used these twice now for once for getting to a works conference and the second for a hen weekend and both times I have had friendly and professional drivers that have been very reliable and punctual both times! Definitely be using them again
