In house products are absolutely great. Bought a Kallus figure and I love it. Had a small issue with the order and they were kind enough to send me the missing piece.

What a brilliant experience. From the ordering process, the clear tracking emails, to getting the utterly amazing minifigures in my hands. The quality of the design and printing is outstanding. A great addition to the collection.

My first experience with this site was quite bad, they got 2 things wrong with my order and I left a 2 star review (maybe a bit too harsh). But with a honestly incredible customer support (i even got personal emails from employees after they seen my review and tried helping me). I got everything they messed up back and I didnt pay a dime for that, not even shipping. Thats real customer service right there.

Packing time is a bit long, but since it’s said on the website that it might take a while I know when to expect the items.

My first order went very well, packaging was nice and tracking was available. It took a few weeks since I am in the US. Impressed with the quality of in-house pad-printed arms!

Would give 5-stars if anyone would ever respond to my emails. I’m new to this site and custom Legos as a whole but I managed to figure things out. I guess other than the lack of reply from them my only gripe is that I’m never sure when things like printed arms/torsos are dropping. Discord is a little confusing and I never can find any discount codes if there ever are any.

Hoping to snag some “purple trooper” and “purple officer” arms once shipping to the US is back, but the regular purple arms are already gone and I’ve been waiting forever to get them. Oh well, maybe I can get the pauldron toros when they come out. (PLEASE)

Buy frequently from BAFDE, always fantastic prices and great selection of parts from various resellers and their own products. Their customer service is always great and help you with any problem.

I’ve sent them several emails to inquire about some of their minifigs condition and shipping method. Have not received an answer.
For example their policy says they will not accept returns for minifigs with cracked heels so I wanted to understand more. Do they have custom minfigs on stock that are already damaged? I wanted to understand more before buying. Sadly no response.
