Wiser, worldy, wonderful item
Amending my review due to many issues that were going on in my life at the time of purchase and new knowledge since identified regarding the service. The item itself arrived in perfect condition. The process was a learning curve with some bumps but i am wiser now. Hoping to possibly buy from this company again in the future

We were a bit surprised to read that you didn’t receive any communication or your order, as our system automatically sends out notifications at each stage of the shipping process. This includes a confirmation email, a tracking link, and shipment status updates. These should have been delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.
Our customer service team has also checked our inbox for any inquiries under your order email but couldn't locate any messages. It’s possible an email may have been sent from a different address—if so, please let us know so we can look into it further.
Regarding the delivery status: our records show that DHL attempted to contact you regarding the payment of UK import duties, which are applicable to shipments from the EU. These charges are set by UK customs and unfortunately beyond our control.
Earlier today, one of our team members also tried to reach you by phone and left a voicemail. We have followed up with an email as well to assist you further.
We’re committed to resolving this and ensuring you receive your parcel. Once the import duties are settled with DHL, the shipment will be released for delivery.
Money taken, no order, no communication.
At time of writing, I have been waiting over 3 weeks for any correspondence, sent multiple emails, left notes on my order and had no response at all.
My order is still in the 'preparation' phase, and no communication has been sent to explain why this is.

Hi, i bought some stuff. Two of them came broken. They put them to airy package. But in shipping, two of them were broken. They also add two little gift.

Usually a great experience, but customer service needs improvement
I'm a regular customer of this store for over two years and have placed more than 20 orders, mostly for Brickmania sets and minifigures. Overall, my experience has been positive — they offer fair shipping prices within Europe, good packaging, and a steadily growing selection of products.
However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered two BrickArms 57mm barrels and was told that only one was in stock, which was fine. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, even that one item was missing.
I reached out to customer support, but I haven’t received a reply in over three weeks. I’ve also tried calling, but haven’t been able to get through. It seems I’m not the only one facing these issues, as I’ve seen similar concerns from other customers.
