I ordered 23 November
With delivery 6-8 working days
It's now delivered week late with three cancelled deliveries and a text 3am this morning
I've taken time off work to accept delivery with no apology
Was told when I spoke to lady at office it was not their fault as they had sickness
I asked her to get manager to ring me and she promised me she would
Did I get a call NO
I will not be using again and certainly not recommend

Very helpful I needed some advice on some of the flashings etc and all was explained in detail, missed a few screw covers off the order accidentally (i collected) and the missing items were sent out next day at no cost to me, overall very happy would definitely recommend

Ordered in plenty of time, almost two months. Paid for. Advised held in stock. Tried to call forward the delivery, no answer to two seperate emails. Phoned twice and advised all ok and I will get the products when I requested.
Email this morning, delivery a week after I want it and they just don't want to know or can explain why they have let me down.
Have gone elsewhere, requested full refund.

The customer service was superb, They kept me informed at every stage of the delivery process. Delivery itself was quick and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service. I'll definitely be using them again in the future

The delivery of my new workshop roof was delivered quickly and the lorry driver was very good at unloaded and placing on the ground with no damage, excellent service thank you

It took 3 emails and 2 calls to place an order, extremely unhelpful with delivery options so we ended up paying a ridiculous amount for 1 sheet to be delivered that could have gone overnight on a pallet then they delayed delivery by a further week as they were busy! Poor communication throughout and nobody able to offer proactive solutions, very much a computer says no attitude.

Eventually, after a long wait the order got delivered, undamaged and unmolested. I was out, neighbour was in charge and the items were left for me in the right place.
What a cufufle...I was on the cusp of asking for a refund, and it turned up. Somehow I'm lucky to get a small order like mine from this Huge company. I expected better communication but it's down to being ripped off numerous times by other companies via Facebook sales... Don't panic.

What? wtf? NO phone calls to this company after the first initial contact. Paid via paypal.
waited 15 working days...(same as the number of truck they say they have on website.)
NO text messages from ANY courier.
Emailed them twice.
Promised to deliver within 15 days - NOT happened.
Read the negative reviews on trust pilot, and yeah...I think I have been had...waiting for a response from the company.

It was very good no problems.The driver good and helpful delivered on time helping me unload.So will use again thanks.
