Placed my order on the date above after a few weeks i got an email. IN TRANSIT FROM MAIN WAREHOUSE (DUE 3 DAYS). The last email i was sent was the 11/3/2012 still saying IN TRANSIT FROM MAIN WAREHOUSE (DUE 3 DAYS). I hand wrote 2 letters to the company to ask for a refund but still no replay to this day. I never had a phone call or non automated email from this company reinsuring me that my order was even being looked at. I could not find a phone number on the whole website for this company which i find unsatisfactory. IF YOU CAN NOT SUPPLY A SERVICE FOR THE MONEY I PAY, DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY THIS IS BASIC BUSINESS. !!

If you played any part of this company or own it and are reading this you are not fit to run a business. If you cannot give the money i paid back for the goods i never received, where has my money gone. (Like being robbed in broad daylight)

One word COWBOYS

I placed an order with this company at the start of December but had no delivery and was continually told that it was in transit from the warehouse. On the 2nd Feb 2012 i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. On the 3rd Feb 2012 i was told that the money would be refunded to my credit card within 10 days but after a month i haven't seen a penny of it. I have sent messages but they ignore them and now have even started deleting them from my account.
This week i found out that my parents have also been trying to get their money refunded but they have had no success either. So they are even conning money out of OAPs, how low c an they get.
Avoid this company unless you don't value your money.

Always great service and delivery status updates. The site it's self is great for all your brewing needs along with a fantastic forum for any problems that you may need solving.
