Excellent customer service

It took a while for callback on customer support line, but then a pleasant gentleman took care of us easily and quickly. Helped me with technical issues sending a picture, then said a replacement for our new pan broil would be sent immediately. Thank you!

Able to easily diagnose the issue with me and though the replacement parts stated they were out of stock online, the rep was able to find some stock and ship it out to me. Of course once the parts arrive and I replace them, we will see if the problem is actually fixed.

I have owned BES870XL for about 2 years and last week, suddenly the pressure stopped building up. I thought it was some sort of internal part failure and called customer support. he walked me through the machine and said it needed descaling work. I followed the instructions and did the descaling twice. now the machine is back on working normally.
I never knew this occasional simple descaling was so important. they said they would call me after the weekend to check how things are and they actually did. thorough and complete support indeed!

Staff was helpful to troubleshoot low pressure and make recommendations.
