Absolutely incredible after sales service from Bretz. We had some damage on 2 dining chairs which were bought approx 5 years ago, the manager and owner Ozcan have been wonderful. They found a solution to fix our problem and even came to our house to apply that solution to all the chairs we had. I’m so impressed and happy. Thank you guys!
