Terrible company, their customer service needs a serious upgrade. I would urge new customers to stay away and find alternatives.

They discriminate against which companies they will work with, and then they have the audacity to continue to market to customers they don't want to work with.

Hiring on Autopilot
Makes hiring super since. Very intuitive design so I can go in and build everything on my own as fast as I want to and have my positions pushed out to job boards and let the candidates roll in.
Their stage actions and self scheduling means that I'm able to set up all of the ways to qualify a candidate, have them move through the process, and schedule a time that works best for my calendar with no effort from me (and the candidates think I'm the one talking to them the whole time).

Buggy software, no refund policy, be aware!
We paid for the service and it was annual subscription. But the platform was buggy and the customer support response was close to ignorance so we had to switch Breezy with Lever.
What was unexpected - they declined to refund the unused subscription for the next 6 month with no reason being provided.
Currently I'm trying to negotiate the problem, I hope to solve it soon. Will update it here.
