Installing was easy but did not work
Installing was easy. Bought for trip to Portugal.
Despite following instructions and trying to use in number of locations it NEVER gave me a connection.
Complete waste of my money and now will disappear after time limit . Should have stuck with package from my provider not go with holiday company link.

I expected faster internet
I bought a card with 8 GB/30 days, Activating the eSIM card without any problems, poor internet quality (after using 2 GB of internet it slowed down), I couldn't even use Google Maps.

Good and not so good...
The good was good - the bad was not so good.
Second purchase from Breeze.
First was in Sept for a trip to Turkey & Greece and all went well (unlimited use 'Europe' eSIM data only).
Second purchase was in Dec for a trip to France & Germany (limited GB Europe + eSIM data only).
All was great - easy purchase, directions, install etc.
The not so good was with the second purchase, limited GB Europe+ eSIM. Both my husband and I got notifications that we had used most of our data and suggestion to purchase a 'top up'. We went online and both did so, purchasing a 'top up' of unlimited data use only to extend the original eSIM use. Both of us received emails stating there was nothing to install and the 'top up' data would commence immediately upon total use of original limited data.
That didn't happen and both our phones shut down when our original limited GB was used. The 'top up' never kicked in and we were in a location with no accessible wifi. Really left us in a bit of a mess and we both had to turn on our provider service at an exorbitant daily rate.
Turns out what Breeze actually sold us as the 'top up' for our Europe+ eSIM was a plan for 'Belgium only' - and we were not in Belgium!
How/why did this happen, not a clue?!
Surely a top up for a Europe+ eSIM should be for Europe+!
But it really wasn't useful and ended up costing us money we shouldn't have had to spend.
Despite the good being good it has made us apprehensive to repurchase from Breeze.
Additionally, upon coming home I wanted to speak to Customer Service about this but online they seem to have 'bot chat' only which is a waste of time and effort.

This isn't the first time I've used it, and as always, this service hasn't let me down. The connection was stable everywhere.

Yes it was great
Yes it was great! It was easy to install and I had enough internet for one week. I also shared it with friends! It saved my trip and it didn't cost a lot. So yeah, I will definitely use it in the future.
