Excellent Pricing for e-signature app, with templates and ability to sign in 3 ways

First, why we switched to BreezeDoc: Our prior e-sign platform (tied to a major cloud storage provider) had ridiculous pricing for more than 1 user. We like the ease of e-signatures and work in a fairly document-intensive field, but balked at paying sky-high prices. We also try, wherever possible, to select one-time payments rather than "subscription" model products.

The pricing for Breeze Doc is excellent.

At its core, this software / app / site will 'get 'er done' at a price that small business owners should appreciate.

As far as the e-sign capabilities, you can send out docs for e-signature, procure initials / signature / date and add extra fields (text, etc.). Very helpfully, signers have 3 options for signature - a drawn signature, a typed signature in one of a few handwriting-style fonts, or an uploaded signature.

A few quirks, but nothing that would stop us from buying again -- when team members log in (to a paid team subscription) it "looks" like they are on a free /trial version as they're prompted to buy the app. Apparently BreezeDoc looks at team members as potential purchasers of an individual BreezeDoc account (separate from their employers account). This doesn't make a lot of sense - they're team members, logging on by invite to the paid-for team space. Have a modest marketing blurb if you will (e.g., Thanks for having a Team BreezeDoc account! Want one for your home/personal use? Buy here!) but don't confuse our employees please into thinking that we're sending them to something they have to pay for. (hence 1 star loss)

There is an ability to save templates, which is helpful (particularly if you send the same doc over and over to different customers/clients). Some of our team were disappointed that one cannot add customized text to templates before sending(for example, to add the client's name or whatever) but we've figured out work-arounds.

We can't automatically download signed docs to a destination folder (which was a pretty cool feature of our prior e-sign platform) but not something that I'll lose sleep over.

Overall, this is a solid, albeit still improving, app. The audit trail gives a log of when the different signers opened the document and signed same. Really, everything you would want for standard e-sign needs.

I look forward to seeing where they take this app and hope it thrives.
