A so called wellbeing company that causes stress by taking money off people! I got billed £25 this morning, and I have not used the app or signed up for anything.....utter scam. I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank.
I can see from others that they are all having similar issues, in fact the bulk of all complaints are this, and the party line from whoever responds is 'this is all explained in the sign up process' ...well two things
1) It clearly isn't well explained...hence the number of complaints
2) why is there no unsubscibe option in your app?
I have trawled it, and even had I accidentally signed up, why is there no clear 'get out' mechanism in place?, not in the apple store or in the app...you simply do not appear, other than on my banking app....

I installed their app and went through the "test" and found it absolutely useless, so I cancelled my membership and uninstalled the app within a few minutes. Three days later they charged me. I have tried making contact, but they have not responded. Guess they can deal with my banks fraud department.
UPDATE: In answer to their response, I had cancelled, I have the cancellation email and I did not authorise any other purchases as you claimed in the email. It is amazing that it takes posting a negative review here to get a company to respond. I sent you a dozen emails that you never responded to. Stop scamming people.

Very prompt and polite and courteous with your response. Took care of my request immediately.

FRAUDS
I never downloaded this app to any device. Took one free test after it popped up on Facebook. Have since been charged £25 for a service I never used.
I think I recall being asked to donate whatever I felt like for the one test I did, There's a small payment I can identify, but I made sure I did not click yes to any of the offers to sign up for a subscription - it wasn't something I was interested in. Yet it seems they used my paypal details from that donation to just set up a direct debit without asking. The first I heard was when I got an emailed receipt weeks later.

Hello my name is Janean Evans and I just saw that yall took 29$ out of my account, that was my last 29$ so now I can’t feed me and my child. That’s mean that my kid will have to go to sleep hungry. I hope y’all are happy with yall selves, because yall took the last of a broke single mom, who is just trying to make it, yall should set up a way to contact people if they still wanted there subscription, because I haven’t ever paid a single dime to yall if I did it was a dollar. Like yall don’t understand how hard it is out here and yall just going to take 29 AMERICAN DOLLARS from someone who has NEVER EVEN GAVE YALL ANY MONEY. LIKE WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. Please get back with me ASAP.

Scammers. Paid 1 usd for results of a test, got charged 15 usd extra. Support wont answer back and I can’t cancel the trial cause they got the wrong email on my subscription. Everything’s planned to scam you.

I have no idea how this company accesses your information and rolls it over into a subscription, but I never ordered anything from them yet they charged one of my cc 4 times. BE AWARE!

Team was very quick to respond. Stacy was able to help and resolve my subscription issues. Appreciate them!

Very disappointed with the Breeze app. I cancelled my subscription within the 7-day cancellation period and even received confirmation that it had been cancelled, yet I was still charged. On top of that, an additional £14.99 was also taken from my account. The whole experience has been frustrating and feels extremely unfair. Customer trust is important, and charging people after confirming cancellation is unacceptable. I would advise others to be very careful with subscriptions and payments when using this app.

I wish I could tell you what did it. It was a "quiz" for the insomniac. I agreed to a £1 'test'. I knew better than to give them any details and I didn't see them do it but somehow I was being thanked for subscription payments. I can't get the money back, I've tried bank, paypal, stopped the subscription, but ... just cheery AI gibberish.

Showed kindness through my mistake forgetting to cancel my trial, my mistake I am a mom to newborn twins woth a sick toddler for the past week and canceling the subscription skipped my mind. I was promptly refunded, showing kindness through my mistake. I can see how this app can be useful to someone just not a service/subscription I need or can afford at this time.

Predatory billing. Avoid.
1 star. Would rate them 0 stars if possible.
Cancelled on April 25, got a confirmation email from Breeze the same day promising no further charges. Three days later, on April 28, they charged me $29.99 anyway. So either their cancel button is decorative or they're knowingly billing past cancellation.
The charge shows up as SG*V*breeze-app.com under 'Schools and educational services,' which is a deceptive merchant category for what's supposedly a wellbeing app. Add the Cyprus operations behind a Delaware shell, the arbitration clause and class action waiver buried in their terms, and the hundreds of nearly identical complaints on this page, and it's not a customer service problem. It's the business model.
Don't argue with their support. File a chargeback with your bank, complain to the FTC, and if you're in California call the Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210. Their own terms tell you to.
UPDATE in response to Breeze's reply below:
Breeze responded that "once a subscription is fully canceled, no further charges occur." I have their cancellation confirmation email dated April 25 in writing. Three days later, on April 28, my card was charged $29.99. Their support agent then claimed in a follow-up email that I "was not charged after cancellation." My bank statement lists Apr 28 as the transaction date. The two cannot both be true.
Their support also confirmed a separate $14.99 charge for "Personal Mental Well-Being Guides" that I do not recall consenting to. My bank statement shows that $14.99 was reversed the same day it posted, meaning their system can in fact process and reverse charges instantly. That undermines any argument that the April 28 charge "really" billed earlier and merely posted late.
The corporate response below is the same template they post under every negative review on this page. Read 5 of them and you'll see identical language. Anyone reading this: the cancellation email is what wins your chargeback. Save it.

Deserves minus stars. Makes unauthorised purchases before officially signing up for trial. I’ve been charged twice and only did the “free” quiz not even a free trial. I’ve been charged over $60. My bank put a block on my card automatically after as they know it’s a scam. I asked for refund, no response.

REPLY : There was NO prompt. It just took the money and set up a subscription WITHOUT authorisation. I've had no reply from your support team despite chasing. I want my money back. This totals £44.97.
Paid £1 to get the test results then it took a further two payments of £14.99 and £4.99. You couldn't skip past and I did not authorise the additional payments.
Also just taken MORE money for a subscription I did not authorise.
REFUND ME NOW.

Resolved an issue with compassion and quickly. Although I did not continue to use the app. Their customer service team are lovely.

This company is nothing more than a bunch of scammers and thieves!! I consented to paying 1 dollar to get a 'test result' - they took an additional $14.99 and another $4.99 from my PayPal.
No consent and no authorization.
I did not consent to any subscription as part of taking the test. They are thieves, plain and simple.
