Hi, so far the experience is good i liked the cinnamon spice, cold turkey & minty magic cores. for improvement please ad a seal to one end of the cores so it doesn't drop and a stick or any other device to remove it after. Ad nicotine to it because i’m still using my IQOS device, or nicotine patches. Have a nice wooden, metal aluminum or leather container for the diffuser with a built in cutter rather than fraying the cores. Lastly open a shop in DUBAI so people can try this experience, it will help LIO expand

The customer service is excellent. The issue with my missing package was handled very well and quickly. Customer service responded to my messages promptly and kindly. I am also very happy with the product itself. Highly recommended!

Helps stop cravings although it can be difficult to remove the cores

Delivery to Belgium took 4 days (PostNl had 1 day delay), so just my 2nd day using Lio. The diffuser is quite small and very light, especially compared to my big vaper, so nice to hold and play with it. Hand-mouth habit is almost like with a real cigarette.
Started with the Cinnamon taste, which is quite good. Surprisingly, even after this 2nd day of quite intensive use, the flavor is still ok… Looking forward to trying out the other flavors.

I thought this would be one of those things that ends up in the drawer after two days. But it’s in my pocket every day now. Definitely helping me stay away from the vape.

I would avoid this company at all costs! They are not interested in replying to emails or resolving issues, happy to market themselves and continue to post on social media, but ignore emails, DM's etc.

My original order was placed at the beginning of August, i recieved the wrong order, emails were ignored when i followed up it took weeks to respond and i asked for a refund.

I was told my refund had been 'processed' and to expect it in 'a few days' this was on the 19th August, i followed up the week later to be told it was still under process and hasn't yet been actioned. A few emails i have sent since have been unanswered, seems they only are interested in bringing in money from marketing campaigns and not on dealing with customers who have already paid. This has been going on now for more than 1 month

What can i say - i try so many things in my life, but Lio really help me. So happy to stop smoking!!!

I’ve found this to be nothing more than a very expensive piece of hollow wood. The cores are virtually tasteless leaving it to be nothing more than a hollow piece of wood that you suck through. I paid £45.00 for this hollow piece of wood too!!
I would be very grateful if anyone can recommend another device that helps with quitting vapes please so I don’t buy another piece of useless garbage again. I’m desperate to find something worth trying 🙏

The item was fine and as described but I didn’t enjoy using it. After 30 days of trying it it hadn't worked, so I requested a refund as per their terms and conditions. On their website it states they will refund customers after 30 days with "no questions asked," however I had to email back and forth with their customer service to explain what was wrong with the product and why I wanted a refund. They finally agreed to refund me, but I was forced to pay the return costs which was £9 due to the company being based in the Netherlands. This was not covered by the company, so my refund was essentially cut from £34 to £25 for a product I didn't want. When the refund arrived nearly a month later, I only received £32.86, so they didn't even pay me back the full amount.

I am on the procedure of leaving smokes and Lio helps me on that way and hopefully will help more in the future as I am determined to quit smoking for good.

I like the idea of a completely natural item with a very good cause.
I personally am using in pursuit of quitting the bad habit of smoking.
I hope that they work on a longer lasting cores though.

I originally ordered a starter kit with a 6-pack of cores; three were completely dry and lasted less than an hour with zero flavour. After reporting it, they only sent a 2-pack as a replacement, not the 3 that were useless. To make matters worse, I placed a separate order for an 8-pack of cores, but they only sent 6. I suspect this shortfall was deliberate to offset the replacement they had to send me. When I complained about being two packs short, their only solution was a pathetic 25% off discount code for a future order— I already have 20% off code due to my repeat orders. The whole experience feels calculated and scam-like. I've learned my lesson and will be buying blank cores from Temu and using edible oils to make my own cores; it's cheaper and more reliable than this company. Avoid.

I brought the BreathLio in walnut wood. It's very pretty and feels good in my hand, mouth and as a daily habit. Because I am a long term smoker it's important for me, that the mouth-feel and breathing experience is the same as with cigarettes. And it is the same! I am truly amazed how they constructed this little piece and how it is able to outsmart my brain. Would definitely buy it again!!

I was expecting really a lot , but I couldn’t stay not even 1 days smoking only breathelio , I tried the strongest filter flavour and they didn’t give that satisfaction I saw in all the reviews , I’m expecting the fully refund .

The delivery is not on time . It's not just for me but for my friend also . We both ordered but it's not yet delivered . They don't give any response on when it will reach or be delivered . They don't provide a contact number to track the status or raise the complaint .they hide the comments on Facebook and insta too
